Minor but, no fly screen door on the sliding doors to the living room

My vehicle height is 1.95m (Toyota Landcruiser) therefore I was unable to use the undercover parking (1.9m maximum entry height). I was able to park on site though in outdoor parking adjacent the lifts and reception. Being a cbd location and in a room that faces the road (and waterviews) I did wake to traffic noise in the mornings, however not a big issue.

Very convenient cbd location. Fabulous waterviews from Floor 8. Well equipped apartment. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of entertainment options for kids / families.

There was nothing that i didn't like however I stayed for 3 nights and would have loved clean towels every day as a service , without me having to ask for this.

Location location super important, size of rooms was great. Plenty to do there with facilities.

I didn't like that we waited more than 10 mins for the lifts in the mornings and there was no stairs to use instead of the lifts.

Internet was fast and the beds were comfortable.

There were kids screaming up and down the street in front of the hotel drag racing. This went on until after 1 pm. No police on site. Otherwise the accommodation was suitable for our needs.

Great sized apartment, very clean and spacious. Kitchen was small but met our needs.

The spa area was closed, which was really unfortunate.

The location, the room view and agencement, the staff are truly very friendly and helpful.

Sat night hoons in the Target car park in the middle of the night. They were revving their cars and doing burnouts and backfiring for about 3 hours around midnight It was very disturbing.

Not that it was the Resorts fault but we were unfortunately on a floor that a group which had multiple rooms were staying and they were noisy from 6:15 in the morning knocking on doors etc

As far as the accommodation staff facilities and location goes it was excellent Loved the 2 bathrooms!

The facilities were excellent - kitchen had all the trimmings - wine glasses and cutlery etc - toaster, kettle, microwave. Perfect - we will be back again. Only down side was that we were on the wrong side of the building but we booked late so next time will book earlier so we have the sunshine when on the balcony. Did not think of that when booking as it was a last minute trip and i think we managed to get the last apartment on this trip.

The building itself is quite old and the rooms had a bad smell to them. The windows have basically no noise isolation. The bathroom was old should be renovated sooner than later.

The room was very spacious. Secure parking is available and was included in the price. The mattress was very comfortable. Also the room appeared to be very clean.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I've enjoyed it every time. It's well located, close to everything you need, clean, quiet, well appointed and the staff are great.

No instructions as to how to find free to air channels. Staff did not know either. With lots of button pressing got there in the end but there needs to be clear instructions.
