No lifts. Need to carry luggage up long staircase so definitely not suitable for those need accessibility. Also, need to walk through public bar to check in and reach rooms - I was a bit concerned about safety as during operating hours anyone can walk up stairs into the corridor accessing rooms.

The location was excellent. At the end of the short street and we were at Kelly Steps leading to Salamanca Place. In addition, Battery Point is such a great suburb to walk around, seeing interesting historical buildings, a handful of coffee shops and at least 4 restaurants to choose from. Our rooms were newly furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom, although small had all we needed - roomy shower, WC, basin and quality products to use (Occitane). The Wifi was good. No lifts, but the rooms were only on the first floor and the stair weren’t narrow. An added bonus was the private, off street car park. In summary, an excellent and very reasonably priced stay

So glad I thought to try your accommodation, so meticulously & tastefully renovated. Quiet, very clean, nice views & really great location plus bonus of Parking. Staff pleasant too. Will be booking again when heading down to Hobart from Launnie.

As the rooms are above the bar & restaurant it might get noisy. On this stay this wasn't the case.

Great location. Rooms have recently been nicely refurbished. Free car parking which was easy to get in and out of. Easy check out process.

despite advertising service and putting requested sign on door to make up our room, the bins were not emptied, the bathroom not cleaned nor the bed made. Disappointing when advertise a service that is not received.

I didn’t like that they have builder come in at 7am in the morning, making the room smell of paint on both of our nights and that you can hear everything in the bar/ restaurant below when they have live musics

Free upgrade to a double room suite, enjoyed the beautifully renovated new rooms, great views of kunanyi and greater Hobart. Great location 5 minute walk to Salamanca, with free parking on site

Would have liked elevator access. Did request two singles and room had one bed - luckily stayed with sister and were ok to share.

Air conditioning did not work properly, was way too hot. Tried turning it down but did not seem to make any difference. Windows do not open far enough - could not even get a decent breeze to cool the room down.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was a good temperature. Noise mitigation quite good (barfely heard the band downstairs)
