AustraliaVery poor checkin process (it is all well and good sending emails and text messages to somebody who is driving BUT ALSO the inclination to send unsolicitored emails with links to unknown websites for a second check in processes was boarding on scamworthy - so a VERY poor check in process that boarded on the rediculous. The premises is poorly maintained. The room had an very unpleasant odour. Mould was abound. Carpets dirty from wear. Bathrooms filthy and very poorly maintained. Common kitchen area was okay I guess They even mislead with the address - there is officially no 'Serene Street' in Pymble - the property is in Beechworth Road (maybe they have named the long driveway themselves.

New ZealandI didn't like the mold in the bedroom, I didn't like the broken shower head, I didn't like the lingering smells. I also didn't like the dirt and other people's rubbish/belongings that have found themselves home under the bed. I didn't like the dirt on the sheets we were meant to sleep on. This place is disgusting. We got out of their as soon as we could. I hated the owners response when I complained "all rooms clean and tidy before you arrive" . Thank God for booking.com having our backs. The rooms dont have adequate ventilation for the 40+ degree Celsius heat wave. The windows can't hold themselves open, the bathroom seems to have never been cleaned. Careful of the holes of the driveway you walk down, you might break an ankle. I can see the good in just about every situation, like, yes we had a roof over our head-- for $127.20 a night! If you can rough it out, sure you'll live. If you were expecting the photos to be accurate, go elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people.
Easier question is what I didn't like.

AustraliaWe arrived late to find that both the rooms we had booked smelt of mold and just the short time we were there was irritating. We managed to get a hold of Booking.com support and advised them that we were not going to stay due to the rooms being unsuitable and unhygienic. In particular, Room number 2 had mold stains on the ceiling. Windows wouldn't stay open and didn't have fly screens. We were inconvenienced as we had to look for other accommodation and managed to find something an hour away and got to bed at 1am! Would NOT recommend!
