Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was good,and the location was great was disappointed with no outdoor furniture on balcony and it looked like someone had vomited on the balcony that had not been cleaned up people had been smoking with cigarette ash on balcony when you look over balcony you could see all the cigarette butts as an ex smoker I don't mind if people want to sneak a smoke but clean up your mess and be considered of your neighbours

Rooms a bit tired. Door didn't lock unless pulled hard, shower door didn't close properly.

Parking is normally full on weekdays so do not guarantee a parking space even if you pay for 24 hours in and out ticket.

The Adelaide Pulman only has an inside swimming pool, and it was soooo hot in Adelaide that the capacity to sit by an outside pool would have been of great benefit. The airconditioning in the room seemed to flick over to heat if you went beyond 22 degrees, so it was a bit cold at times in the airconditioning despite the heat outside.
I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, so that was very lovely - although the weather was so hot I in Adelaide I could not get the full benefit of it but I was much appreciative of the upgrade. Also appreviated the pillow menu and availed myself of a pillow so my neck was looked after.

Hotel location is exceptional for festival season in Adelaide - easy walk to Botanic Gardens (WOMADelaide) and Adelaide Fringe Festival, as well as the entertainment of Rundle Street.

Room size was terrific and layout was good. There were plenty of places to put our belongings, including bathroom storage. The bed was nice and big and the pillows were delightfully soft yet supportive. Service from all staff was efficient and very friendly.

The room smelt of mothballs and complementary bottles of water would’ve been very appreciated as they were $6 in the minibar. Our room faced a multi story car park open 24/7 so we couldn’t open our curtains as we had no privacy at all.
The breakfast was nice, the pool small but a great addition. They staff were very friendly.

Decor slightly dated and tired, with a relatively noisy (albeit efficient) air con. Our "room views" straight into the next door parking lot were a bit of a disapointment.
The location is certainly quite good to explore central Adelaide! Standard room and furnishings, but good choice of pillows. Breakfast spread quite good.

Room balcony was tiny, expected something larger. Breakfast appeared to be the same everyday.
Nice outlook from room over the park which was good for a 7 night stay. Breakfast was good but no daily specials.

Two of the lifts would not accept my swipe card, so I was stuck in the lift on the ground level. I spoke to other guests who had the same issue. The card worked on the room door, but not in the lift. A little scary to be stuck with no way out or up.

I wasn’t aware of the cost of breakfast. On the morning of checkout I took my two daughters, 4 years and 6 years for breakfast. I had a coffee, and we share one plate of food. On checkout I was charged $80, not realising it was a set price. We did this staycation as we are very tight on money. Had I known the price, I would have waited till we got home.
The price of the room was good value. The pool facilities when operating was good.
