We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My room overlooked a little park out the front, which provided a nice view and the hotel is close to the shops, restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and I had the best sleep for 5 nights! Also, the staff at the front desk and concierge were very helpful - I had a great visit.

AustraliaThat I had to pay extra $33 for over night parking it should be mentioned to customers in the booking online process, so it gives options like I would have been happy to not drive use public transport to the hotel.
The breakfast was amazing, they had lots of options available everything I ever wished for to have for breakfast was there, I was amazed

AustraliaCheck in was not good at all. We were given the key to room 423, but when we got there, the key didn't work. We went back downstairs, had to wait in the queue again. The same lady (maybe Corinna), recoded the key for 423, and this time it worked, but there was already someone in bed in this room. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing for us all. Went back downstairs, waited again and found out that we should have been in room 424. We were the given a key for our correct room...very frustrating! On checkout when we paid for our valley parking we were also charged an additional $26, because apparently we were undercharged when we checked in. Being polite people we didn't get upset and were not rude to staff, but we believe these are not acceptable mistakes.
We liked the location. Peter the Valet was very knowledgeable and informative about our travel plans.

AustraliaOnly 1 centre bedside double table (twin double beds, needed an outside bedside each), some plates and cutlery would be nice, our shower gel was empty and because we were in the room during housekeeping the following morning, our room did not get made up so we went 48 hours without shower gel!
Good bathroom, good view, comfortable temperature, nice bedding, nice desk/joinery, good tv and channels. Pool area is great, sauna is great

AustraliaView of the car park was pretty ugly but I didn’t really care. Wish I had known a balcony was an option.
Location was amazing. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great. Mattresses were exceptional (I need to find out how to purchase one). Pool and spa area was lovely, especially being indoor so the weather was irrelevant.
