Didn’t realise it was so far from Dunsborough. At night there is only one place for dinner which is over priced and disappointing considering the calibre of the Pullman chain

It would have been nice to have a few extra utensils and mugs in the kitchen so we didn't need to wash the dishes all the time. Having a dishwasher seemed an unnecessary luxury.

We loved how secluded and private each villa was amongst the lovely vegetation. We were close to the pool, the path to the beach, the tennis courts and the restaurant and made use of them all.

Extraordinary location in a coastal forest beside a turquoise sea. The rooms were large and comfortable and private. Guest relations were excellent

Availability of non-alcoholic drinks in the bar very limited in this day and age i.e. non-alcoholic beer & wine and night time menu could add some more of the lunchtime menu

Beautiful surrounds, nice a quiet place to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had anything you could ask for. It was great having access to the beach also.

On 2 days housekeeping was very late making up the room - mid afternoon on the first day and 5pm the second day. The butter chicken from The Other Side of the Moon restaurant was far from what butter chicken should taste like and the pork belly was a very small serve.

The pool was shut due to maintenance, which was very disappointing as that was really the only reason my partner and I chose to stay at Pullmans. For the price per night, and lack of availability of the best thing about the place, I expected a better recognition from the resort than a $50 meal voucher.

Just be careful with the tv, we got charged for kids movies $30! that we don’t know about. It’s not clear/ no code or sign up and we didn’t really watch tv so not sure what the kids clicked on.

Fantastic break away loved the facilities and breakfast. Our villa was very clean and comfortable.

If you like a hard mattress and pillows, this place is for you. Apart from that, we had a wonderful trip.

The resort is very secluded but still close enough to places for lunch/dinner, perfect for a getaway. Has its own beach entrance and a great pool area. Lots of options at the buffet breaky!

The administration were the worst I ever experienced, they need to undate there system. I paid for breakfast and I had a discount, which to prove I had to show my email which was from the pullman, then they put it back on my account and tried to make me pay again.

We loved the pool, beach was amazing and the staff were great , restaurant was excellent but the staff behind the bar were under staffed and our drinks came very slow .

The meal in the restaurant was lukewarm warm on cold plates, which was a disappointment and detracted from enjoyment of the food.

Excellent location right by a lovely beach, and with a super infinity pool . (The pool was perfect for adults but no shallow end for children.) Very good facilities and breakfast.

Our room had a small high window, blinds were terrible and the light was directly in our eyes really early in the morning. We couldn’t rest as much as we wanted.
