My bed and pillow were too soft for me but I do like hard beds and a contour pillow.

Location was perfect as I was going to sport at the MCG. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to see the G from the motel. Forgot to request that. And was disappointed that we couldn’t see it from any viewing point. I did inquire.

While it was an overall execptional stay, it would have been even greater if the dinner was also a buffet, as I had that included in my package, but I struggled a bit with the a la carte options available. They were a bit too "fine dining" for me.

The facilities are modern and top-notch, and they are fully representative of the hotel's 5-star rating. The free trams stop right in front of the hotel, and it is easy to map your trip on Google and get all the necessary connections. The Australian Open grounds were within 8 minutes walk from the hotel, so it was easy to go back and forth. The Melbourne Cricket Ground is even closer for cricket fans and tourists.

We stayed in a junior suite. Great room if you are staying for a few days - excellent view of the MCG and Rob Laver Arena. The hotel is near everything including tram stop into the city.

Pls see above answer. Also.. 1 x night I dined in your restaurant. Ordered Ravioli - Very disappointed - Sauce tasted like it came out of a jar! Green salad with nuts was lovely though & so was the glass of Pinot Noir. Elderly staff member on duty was lovely. Also, another night I orders Wagu burger.. very tasty but it was pink inside.. I still ate as was very hungry. Everything else was tasty. also, bit disappointed the Rasberry /Chocolate dessert... (too rich..)... My fault for ordering.

Loved the view. (in front of MCG and side view of city skyline) Room very comfy and clean. Snack bar - bit limited - No small bottles of wine/white wine in fridge, only 1 x chocolate (Rocky Rd). Had to ask for teaspoons for making coffees. Re - room service.. I did ask for Wholegrain bread (for toast), got sourdough. Another time I asked for croissant with jam (didn't get the jam).

A particular late night staff on duty was rude. All that I wanted to enquire about was the procedure of giving some clothes to the laundry. I was rebuked for an absolutely benign query regarding the same

Prices were a little expensive. Parking fees were high in my opinion. Room cost was also pricey compared to other hotels, however I would stay here again.

Modern inside, big open space in foyer, dining/bar area, no stuffy smell in corridors or room. Reception staff were super friendly. We were checking in early expecting to just store bags but room happened to be available so received key straight away. Upon arrival to our room there were twin beds, not a double. A quick call to reception and they brought up a new key to another room on the same floor with a king bed. Requested the mini bar items be removed which was no problem and sorted very quickly. We didn’t use the pool or gym but checked them out, both very good. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options and plenty to keep most diners happy. Hours for the breakfast are great too, you can still have a sleep in and make it down for a feed! Great access to train and tram, right on the door step.
