Having two single beds pushed together to make a double/queen was a bit crappy as during the night they moved apart a bit … but otherwise lovely place to stay.

Staff were lovely and welcoming, room was beautiful, the view was so pretty (I loved being able to see it from the shower), and room service was great. I was so sad to leave! I'll be staying for longer next time :)

Dinner in the dining room was disappointing! While the room was comfortable and well-appointed, I have had an apartment, in a CBD hotel, as well-appointed, and with full facilities, for less money. Limited range in mini bar.

No coffee in room. You had only one pod for coffee machine.

Staff were fantastic. Loved my upgrade. Just a suggestion no milk or coffee in room. But ordered online and got a coffee delivered.

A small problem with in room dining ( length of totime to receive meal) The Hotel was at capacity given an AFL semi final at the MCG so somewhat expected.

Given the huge occupancy level, all staff remained profession & helpful. Appreciated that my small request for a quiet room away from traffic noise was meet & and a great room was delivered.

The EV chargers were Tesla only, which meant we couldn't charge our car.

Luxurious hotel close to the city & public transport. Amenities were excellent, amazing view. Breakfast selections were amazing. Staff were pleasant & helpful.

Why do hotels not do a solid wall between beds and the bathroom? OK, there was privacy glass which you could make opaque or clear - that was very cool. I don't want whoever I'm travelling with to hear me use the toilet and vice versa. Yes, our bodies make noise and everyone needs to go to the toilet, but I don't want to hear it or be heard. Also, the toilet paper was on the same wall as the toilet cistern which meant spinning around to access it. Why not attach the toilet roll holder to the counter where the hand towel rail was, which was right next to the toilet, and move the towel rail a little further along. Seriously, sometimes things just aren't layed out practically.

The shower was great, the room was clean and comfy. Loved there was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room but no milk frother and no cutlery other than two teaspoons. The staff were amazing and the food & drinks were excellent. Also loved the atmosphere in the bar.

Light switches were a little hard to work out, but got there in the end... bed was a little too hard for my liking, although that is a personal preference.

Large and comfy room, excellent location - beautiful looking interior. Bathroom was lovely and enjoyed a deep, hot & relaxing bath. Room very clean.

The gym could be better for a 5 star hotel charging $500 per night, the twin room should also have bigger beds in my opinion, the pool is small but better than nothing I suppose.

The location was perfect, we were there for the Melbourne Marathon held at the MCG. Tram stop also right across the road. Room were clean and modern, great view of the mcg. Reception were kind enough to give my you g children some chocolates on arrival.

I was not aware I can do early check in for my stay. I usually dont ask, but the staff Sira offered me options. I'm really happy with my stay up to check out. Staff are accomodating. My room was spacious and had a nice view. Hotel is accessible to public transport and there's a nice big park to walk around.
