No balcony when stated in contract, gym had awful smell, bin room was unkept, keycard was barely functional, no parking was included. Lack of toiletries when specifically asked for extra, other function besides cool did not work on air conditioner, the guest wifi could not stream anything and the only staff member that I spoke to had no idea about the facilities of the building and it seemed as though there was no other staff on the switch in the bathroom was exposing wires and the bedroom light switches were arranged in a way that didn't make sense to the light placement, mould in the toilet bowl

AustraliaThe pillows need replacing and we're very uncomfortable not suitable for sleeping on I wouldn't even give then to my dog ! The roo. Had a lot of dust and the bed side tables had something all down the side of them was very clean environment. Could of been a lot more cleaner and better pillows most hotels I have stayed at have 2 per person on the bed not 2 pillows then should of been put in the bin , the bed sheet didn't even stay on the bed as soon as I hoped in the sheet came over very uncomfortable sleep !
