No hot water during our two night stay. Was lukewarm for a couple of min at best. Cold otherwise. Internet not great. Parking problematic during peak times

Room was surprisingly quiet. Comfortable and very dark. Pub meals at the Pymble hotel amazing.

The shower was just luke warm. A hot shower is one thing I really look forward to in a hotel. Also the toilet was leaking.

Convient location close to public transport as we were travelling by train. Check in was easy. Room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. If it wasn't for the shower and toilet this would have been a good stay.

Their hot water system broke down and the first day we had cold showers, the second day we would have also had cold showers had I not asked about it. … they had to divert the hot water from the pub to the rooms upstairs to ensure we had hot showers!

It"s roadside ok pub with dorm style rooms above it via staircase. It's noisy and the walls are thin.

Noisy, directly above a loud pub / casino and right by the motorway. Sure they provide earplugs but it was advertised as a hotel not an inn. The bathroom smelled like stagnant water and the air conditioning was questionable so it was very stuffy.

Bathroom was leaking near the towel area when I would have my shower. There was one particular staff at reception who made it quite obvious that he was giving me the cold treatment. For instance he would be cordial and pleasant to other customers and then speak with me in a cold expression, it wasn’t a one off incident since I had to speak with him on 2 different days. I found it strange and rude that he would do that, I forgot to take his name. I would not want to go back there again since I will be going to Sydney on a monthly basis this year.

Deceptive initial view of the property. Looked like a typical old fashioned Australian pub & our hearts sank when we first saw it BUT never judge a book by its cover!

Room was spotless, modern & well equipped. Very comfortable bed & staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. Not at all what we expected when we parked up outside.

We booked the hotel because I’m disabled and it had a restaurant. We were not told that there wasnt any chef til the 8th until we had paid. There was no warning email . We did not have time to rearrange anything. This was unacceptable. We were given 2 complimentary drinks vouchers for the inconvenience but when we got to our room we realised that the drinks were included so n package. The room was tiny and we had to put our cases in the bathroom. There were screws sticking out the wall. The walls were patched up with a different colour. We felt very insecure as the front door was open with nobody on reception. We asked for clean towels and were promised some when they arrived but we had to go and find the manager to obtain some.

Very uncomfortable blanket, the sheets come off directly, the blanket itself is very heavy and the inside of the blanket was stuffed to one point, so it was not warm on every other spot. The towels had a bad smell. The whole ground level smells pretty bad like cigarettes.

Location is very close to Pymble station, where you can take a 40 min train directly to the CBD. The room itself was okay, nothing special. Big bathroom!

the room did not come as described and lacked the extra space and desk that was advertised. When asked about the compensation to rectify this no help was given.
