Smart tv should be in the lounge room rather than in the bedroom.

Love the view from the level we have been been stayed,and also can see morning sunrise The rooms was soo cleaned and have big space for families.

Not being able to access use of the Restaraunt and bar facilities of the sky view area without paying entry each time although I knew it is separately owned , just my thoughts

Had a pub/ burger bar on site which was next to pool that also did room service for a fee, you could also get a decent breakfast at the top of the building for $42 which included entry to the sky view the room was quite large and had everything you need for a family cutlery etc washing machine dryer dishwasher microwave , stove top , fridge all clean and in good working order, the pool was a good size and nice for a swim , there was an Asian Restaraunt tepoenyaki that opened at night opposite the front entrance , everything was in walking distance trams buses beach surf clubs resteraunts and bars many doing happy hours between 4-6 or longer and supermarket ten minute walk to catch the lunch cruise boats also satellite tv in room all was really great

Not really anything we didn't like, but if I had to say something it would be the small white pool towels.

Great location & fabulous views from our apartment. Swimming pool was amazing. We didn't use any facilities such as the gym & spa. Parking underneath was good, we always found a bay without any problems. It's an easy & quick walk down to the beach, shops & restaurants.

I like the check in process was very smooth. They offered a maximum of 5 access cards when often staying at our airbnb/accommodation, they have limited access cards which made it difficult. The view is superb. Clean and a lot of kitchen utensils which was handy for us. Thumbs up!

Incredible view from our ocean-view room on 23rd floor. Choice of two pools to sit by. Very handy location, just a short walk from Cavill Ave, the main street in Surfer's Paradise, but far enough away. Short walk to tram stop. Plenty of free parking.

Couple of things really which did not impact my stay too much - I stayed on the 3rd floor, would be cooler to live more high up! I see people posted cool pictures of their views from the windows and sad I missed out on the view. Also breakfast - I tried once - to me there was not enough savory options, there were lots of delicious pastries and things, but when it came to savory options there were like 5 things to choose from. Would be nice to expand that!

Had a great stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! Pools were awesome, hot tub too, always enough cabanas to chill, room was spacious, aircon was working seamlessly, kitchen had everything that I needed and there were also a bath tub and a shower! Bed was comfy. Also no problems with lifts, never waited for more than a minute. Yeah the deposit thing was a bit uncomfortable but the funds were credited back to my account on the third calendar day after I left so not too bad! Woolworth was a five min walk, an indoor sky jumping place that I visited (highly recommended) was like a 3 min walk, a bus station was less than a 10 min walk, the beach like a 3 min walk. Trams stopped a minute away. Everything nearby. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating - allowed me to check in almost an hour before and sent me an email that my room was ready. Would definitely stay only there once back!

Customer service from staff at reception was hit & miss and expected much better and friendlier customer service at this hotel. The Roof top bar is not part of the resort. The Day Spa on site is closed but not marked as such and the specials advertised are misleading as the Day Spa is actually located in Broadbeach but this is not clear from any signage. The Shuttle service to the airport offered by the resort is more expensive than an Uber.

The view and location was amazing and having Longboards attached to the Hotel was great for meals, snacks and drinks. The 3 bedroom unit was huge and pool area would suit everyone. Lots of lounges available and shaded areas if needed.

Lifts took a bit of time to get on in peak times. The 2nd bedroom had two glass doors so was very light early in the morning and made it hard to sleep in. The air conditioner was a bit noisy overnight, and too hot and stuffy not to run it during summer

Great facilities in a 2 bedroom apartment, nice and clean and all essential kitchen items provided. Spa bath was lovely and both bathrooms had nice shampoo/conditioner and body wash bottles. I was up on 43rd floor so awesome views and excellent pool facilities with pool towels provided. Very short walk to beach and about 10mins to Cavill ave

Amazing resort. Pools were fun and spacious. The view of ocean were amazing. Loved the sunroom were you could open the windows and let in air. Room was very spacious and loved having a kitchen. We loved this area. Close to surfers but just far enough away to be quit. Will stay again if I come back.

There were no Kleenex! The kitchen cupboard doors had finger prints all over. The fridge handle was old and worn! There were no power points on the bathrooms but there were hair dryers. There were power points on the floor level and only 1 in Each room. The view was amazing and so was staff.

In the pool area, there are some cabanas and tables and chairs with an umbrella for shade, but if they are already taken, there's no other shade. There are lots of pool deck lounges, but it would be so much better if they had umbrellas over them or over at least half of them.

Spacious apartment, great views, great location. Pool areas were amazing, nice and large with great resort feel. Pool temperatures were just right. Great location also , being close to beach, promenade, and Cavill Ave.

Bed linen was worn and had some holes in. Once raised the sheet was changed. Some crockery was chipped. Although there was a microwave there were no microwave containers available.

Q1 was just amazing. Our large 2 bedroom apartment was enormous with amazing sweeping views along the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed including two dishwashers! The room had a wonderful enclosed balcony, a powder and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Full sized dining table and lounge area. Very close walk to Northcliffe SLSC with a great restaurant bar, again with incredible views. We didn't want to leave. A bonus is free, safe undercover car parking.
