The front blinds allowed in light . The kitchenette was very dated . The aircon was very noisy. The sofa in front of the bed was too small and needed a good clean . The fridge was far too big .

We arrived to find the reception closed , fortunately a member of staff arrived, we had not received an email that the staff member said we should have had in regards to accessing our room

The only thing was We have a big four wheel drive, and the car park, was a bit tight. nothing major.

We loved everything, about it. It was beautiful, everything We needed. The bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to 2 pubs to eat.💜

Great value for money. We needed a 1 night stay for a wedding in the area and the room smelt fresh, clean and well equiped with everything you need. extremely impressed.

I didn't like to leave after only one night

Just perfect. I don't know if this company has accommodation all over Australia or the World, but it should! - Very cheap for what you get. 2-story room with a big kitchen, big room + sleeping and amazing bathroom upstairs. - Tiny balcony, but it's better than none. It was a neat surprise! - Check-In + key drop-off was done in like 5 seconds, so you do not lose any time. Even though it was so fast, staff was super friendly. - Super clean, super comfort. - Free parking on the property, McDonalds(150 m)/ Coles/Woolies close by - The perfect choice to stay in Ballarat! 11/10

We came here for a one night gig to early go to the wildlife park the next day and see all the koalas. We arrived very late on xmas day, check in OK, room OK, no complaints!!!

The check in process was so easy and instant. Highly efficient guy behind the counter. And the parking and rooms were in mint condition! So well appointed. I stay in a lot of accommodations, and this particular place is outstanding. I can’t speak highly enough about the whole package. Big tick from me for staff and the Building and room. It had a full size fridge and microwave and really spacious and has been refurbished.

Noisy. Other guests keeping people awake during the night from outside the rooms in the car park. Rooms had paper thin walls so you could hear people speaking in the adjacent rooms. Privacy blinds didn’t cover window and you could see the bed from the car park and other rooms. Bed smelled revolting. Pungent unclean smell. Best of all was what our daughter found on the bible in the bedside table. Not sure why the drawer had been left like that.

The bed was very hard. The bathroom blind fell off when I went to close it. The view was a retainer wall with rubbish at the bottom. A plate had crumbs on it. Evidence of patch ups where fists had gone through a door and walls.

Close to the shopping area, within walking distance. Close to eateries.

The room was dirty. Room wasn't properly cleaned after recent renovations. Two packets of smokes found in the property. Had to ask where the children's bed was. When we found it, it was a double bed tucked under the stairs. The cornice showed signs of water damage. Tiles picked for the flooring in wet areas are slippery when wet. Interconnecting room doors were open and accessible. The carpet didn't have underlay as you would be stepping on the carpet anchors and tacking yourself with the nails. The plates under the sink and the outside of the bins were filthy.

The room has a kitchen. It was recently renovated
