The blinds in the bedroom and lounge look tired and need to be replaced. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom should also be replaced. The cigarette butt outside my non-smoking room.

The suite is a good size and contains a lounge area, dining area, bathroom with spa and large bedroom with built in. Parking is at your door. Ballarat CBD is a 5 minute walk. Cleaning is available daily.

Car parking was tight and had to reverse onto the street, which didn't bother me as I always reverse around corners.

Nothing to dislike. If I was picky I'd say the tv was probably a bit too high on the wall from where the lounge is situated.

I have stayed here before and the value for money with the rooms great. Rooms are always clean and ready. I'd stay here more if they weren't often booked out! That says a lot about the standard and reputation.

It advertised cable/ satellite television but only had free to air channels.

Remote for one of the TV's not working. Shower is in a spa bath which was out of order.

There was a motel smell that stays with some of the older motel rooms. Not sure why but it is common.

The room was very large as we were upgraded. The king bed was just what we needed after staying with family.

The parkings bays are to small and getting around the corner of the building where the cars park on the side is quite difficult especially if both vehicles are large.

For the likes of my mum and I, whilst it was lovely, we didnt need the disabled facilities in the bathroom. We really needed just a double and single bed with a normal bathroom but we appreciated being booked in

Water from the shower was very slow to adjust. Turn on cold and it comes out piping hot for about a minute before cooling down. Hard to adjust to get to the right temperature.

Good Location, A short walk to many local shops, restaurants and facilities in the Ballarat Area. Room was on the large side but very comfortable.

The mould in the shower was not good to look at.

Just the grout in the shower needs cleaning as it was black not white like the rest of the bathroom and the cover that sits in the bathroom sink was missing. Other than that everything was good.
