Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lack of hot water in the morning for the shower.
Location was excellent, close to city centre and cafes. The bedroom was a good size as was the bathroom.

The grout in the shower was mouldy😩 the non slip mat for the shower was also mouldy underneath. Ice tray in the freezer was broken into 3. Window blinds and furniture outdated and need an upgrade

Never met a human that worked there so I cannot judge the staff members. Both nights I had trouble sleeping because of the noise of the traffic around. I cannot blame you for that as living where we cannot see a neighbour you get used to different noises. The room was brighter than I would have liked it to over night with the blinds not really blocking all the external light from getting into the room. The carpark was unfortunately not as user friendly as I would have liked it especially when we had to bring the biggest ute to town as its the most comfortable for my husband to ride home from my husbands surgery, I might not have loved it even if i was in my little car. My lack of decent sleep (however I will say that no matter where I was sleeping I would not have slept very good just because of what was going on.)
On the second night I was there on my own and I felt safe enough to sleep. Good size shower space Nice sized room. I did see that there was a message from house keeping that said they had been but saw the do not disturb sign so that is good to know.

The hallway was very noisy. The acoustics meant you heard everything going on in other people’s room in the late hours of the night. The bathroom was very dated. The shower area showing lots of wear and tear. I avoided having a shower in there.

I liked that it had a microwave, comfortable bed and pillows. it was very clean, and the air conditioner worked and was quiet. The parking was off the street and easy to access. the reception personal was very helpful.

The room had a connecting door to the room beside us. It was not sound proof and we were woken up very early. Shower had hair in the drain. Carpet had an oily stain.

Unfortunately, we had to speak to the manager after a chair broke and my wife fell/rolled onto the floor. The chairs seemed to have flimsy legs.

Needs a little updating. The curtain at the front needs something added so anyone walking past cannot see into the room to the bed. From outside the bed is in the line of sight.
The room was large but very basic. The crockery was very basic and limited. clean, nice but basic.

There was reduced privacy at the front window since the curtains are fitted back to font and one couldn't open the curtains as people would look straight onto the bed.

The only downfall was the shower in the morning was just lukewarm ( if I’m being generous). Not ideal on a cold morning. A colleague of mine in another room had the same experience..although the night before was perfect!

Everything in the room was excellent. As I stated, seemed as if everything in the room was new and fresh.
The room and all the furntiture seemed new, very clean, no odours. Queen sized Bed very comfortable. The room was a large enough, bathroom new and very clean.
