We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOnly one thing, when driving past reception and turning left towards to rooms, there are 2 car parks on the corner, and when cars are in these parks it’s a bit squashy to safely get past. I hope cars don’t get scratched. Apart from that it really was a wonder stay, thank you!!
