Paying $30 for 1 small packet of chips and chocolate. There were no menus to show how much they were. No way wouldnt i of had 1 if it costs $16 for a bar of chocolate. Ridiculous

Bed mattress was slightly softener than what I liked. That's the only downside I can think of.

Staff allowed me to stay one hour longer after normal checkout time, which was greatly appreciated.

The air conditioning in my room was faulty It was set at 26 degrees and was not budging. I informed reception a couple of times and eventually, a lovely person called Cameron went and investigated and confirmed it was not working. I was ok with opening the door but it was noisy so it wasnt ideal. I did report it early enough to change rooms but by the time I was offered that it was 11pm on the night before I left. Completely understand the malfunction is no ones fault and the staff tried but it was uncomfortable each time we were in our room.

Dinner in the restaurant on Friday evening was wonderful. The service was outstanding and the food was great.

Check in experience wasnt the greatest, seemed like both were in a mood and had attitude. For me, bed was too soft, the water pressure on level 10 for the shower was non existent..

Mini fridge seemed to have no price list. So I didn’t use anything other than the waters. The bed sheets seemed to come loose and expose the mattress very easily. Maybe a thicker bottom sheet and tucked in more firmly. But the bed and linen itself was comfy

Loved the decor and the selection of drinks in the mini fridge. Balcony off the room was great. Speakeasy downstairs was lovely. Robes were comfy

My kids slept on a sofa bed but it was too uncomfortable and old the cushions were very ratty falling apart time for a new sofa bed in room 1206. Otherwise we'll be back again definitely.

I have no complaints about my stay.

My main reason for choosing QT was No 1 for having a balcony where I could sit outside and enjoy sunshine and fresh air if i want and also for the location having bit more open space around QT surrounds and walking distance to city and attractions.. Price influenced me as well. Staff were great. Room was great. Will definitely come again.

Service at the Capital Bar & Grill was a bit disappointing on Saturday night. Bar staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other and closing the bar as soon as possible than serving guests.

Location. Relatively spacious rooms. Classy and funky décor typical of a QT hotel.

Again, the hotel pillows are huge and fluffy which is perfect for photos and lounging. But the primary purpose of a room is for sleeping and I'd love an option to achieve head support for a good nights sleep.

Super comfortable beds, great breakfast, and big twin rooms all in an incredible 1970's building which has been maintained well enough.

the shelf in my room was wonky so the mini bar refreshments kept sliding from shelf to ground! concierge were happy to remove the minibar items - it was good.

excellent friendly staff - loved the comfy bed - tv - aircon and free use of gym - very good location - loved the Nespresso coffee machine and pods. would stay here again but for short term only

Common area dirty, carpark, lift etc... Your pillows and bed were no good. Pillow was too high and bed was too saggy.

The room was a bit shabby for the price, but you always pay ridiculous prices in Canberra.

The beds were very, very comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly. The bar downstairs and the restaurant was our highlight. Funky, fun and very relaxing. Our room was very spacious.
