The bathrooms were very dated (needs refurbishment) and also I think a little unsafe with the step down and nowhere to hold on to if you were a little elderly or unstable. Mini bar on the light side. Disappointing that it was only self service when dining for lunch in the cafe/restaurant on a Thursday and the food options were few.

Comfortable room, nice view and balcony. Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Good breakfast and coffee in the restaurant.

room was very small bathroom tiny, black mould around floor grate; felt like a very 70s hotel that had been cosmetically restyled. parking and EV charging problematic even though I had called ahead. staff lovely

The Bed was too soft. The aircon couldn't be changed. Car park should be free. We booked the restaurant for good friday for 4 people, we then asked if we could extend to 8 people, they told us we had to do the set menu for $79 due to the large amount of people. (Ive worked hospitality for 20 years) theres really no difference to 2x 4 tables booked, which we asked for they said no. I said OK just leave the same (being good friday) we decided to find other alternatives, I rang to cancel my booking and they already had, lucky wed booked somewhere else.

Didnt like the black bath ropes. They didnt look clean. I also had a invalid chair in my shower.. Im not sure if thats a requirement though. But never seen it before. The floor definitely had not been cleaned there were stains around the toilet..

The cleanliness of the bathroom especially the floor was not good and the towels were stained. No place to put make up in the bathroom. The room was dusty. The staff was polite. And the room quiet. Room service worked amazing. And the food was beautiful! Loved the menus at both restaurants.

Under staffed during check-in and our room was set up with a roll away bed which we didn't request. Usually wouldn't bother us, but it was over 45 mins before someone came to take it away.

The room was well appointed and clean, comfy bed and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants.

Perhaps they were short staffed due to Covid. We had to ring twice for a bucket of ice to arrive. We rang for firmer pillows that never arrived. These are only small things and not really a drama. If they are the only issues it's not worth complaining about.

The room was terrific. Door to balcony for fresh air and walk out. Best view over the hills and lake. Very quiet and clean. Easy 10 min walk to main city centre and bus terminal. Bus from airport on time.

No extractor fan in the bathroom. Terrible pillows. Too big or too hard. Invest in some feather/down combinations. Bed linen did not fit the bed. When I opened the bed to get in all the linen came up exposing the ill-fitting mattress protector (a top only cover with atrophied elastic). When I tried to remake it I discovered the sheet was too small to tuck in. Whatever happened to fitted mattress protectors and sheets and duvets in a duvet cover? If you want people to feel at home, make the beds like we do at home. We don’t put a polyester duvet between two sheets. It all comes undone in the night and is very uncomfortable. Get some streaming services on the TV. Free to air does not cut it.
