Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only concerns were pillows were too high and hard. The aircon was pretty weak also so room felt hot when trying to sleep even without any blankets on. Ended up sleeping with a wet face washer on my forehead with no pillow.
The staff were great and accommodating. The hotel is lovely and stylish and rooms decked out with Dyson hair dryer and great mini bar if you are a mini bar person.

AustraliaTV in room had continous interference. Drinks in mini bar however no bottle top opener in room. Resturant staff seemed unattentive. Was requested to wait in the bar for 5min whilst the table was prepared however no interest or followup after 20min so I left and went elsewhere for dinner.
Check in check and out experience was good and helpful. Room well presented, clean and to a good standard.

Didn't get told about parking fee until we called regarding the additional charge but they kindly refunded when I explained noone told us about fees. Poor lighting for getting ready at night.

AustraliaWhoever chose those hard plastic chair’s obviously didn’t sit in one for more than 30 seconds. Did they purchase them from the Spanish Inquisition surplus store? The pillows are also very thick. Hint: take your own if you don’t have wide shoulders like the Terminator.
This is a great place to base Canberra city exploration. The room was wonderful. The bed excellent.

We made a late booking and arrived at 1am, they didn't have our booking on file, we waited 40 minutes to get a room while the staff played around on the computer, and finally we got to our room and it was a disabled room so we had to change again. The rooms are very outdated and need a good refresh. Not the high standard of QT.
