shower floor very slippery, accidents waiting to happen. expensive carpark which we didnt use and parked nearby instead. wouldnt say it's child friendly as simple shower head is fixed with one mode of spray, no bathtub available.

free breakfast was okay, room has basic facilities that worked properly. staff was helpful. aircon control was simple yet effective.

I didn't like the parking situation. It was hard to work out where the underground bit was (there was construction going on at the time). It was also not made clear beforehand that the parking cost $30, and it would have been nice if that was made clearer.

I loved the unexpected added touches - the robes, the dyson hair dryer and the fancy soaps. Very delightful. Staff were pleasant too.

Purchased late night pizza at bar at ridiculous price and was poorly cooked, worst pizza ever and couldn’t complain as bar had closed.

Parking was insufficient for my time staying and there was No warning about the prepay for parking. When you pay for accommodation there should be an option for parking!

The hotel was pretty central. We were able to walk or scooter to most places or a short drive for some other places we visited. The rooms were a good size with good views and a balcony, allowing us to get some fresh air and enjoy the scenery. The beds were really comfortable and big. The staff were extremely helpful and 6 the pancakes were amazing!!

The bathroom was a little weird. The shower was on a raised bed, and water got everywhere. I also felt really cramped when sitting on the loo, I was 33 weeks pregnant and found it really uncomfortable to try and use the toilet. Sorry for the overshare. There was also mould on the walls and roof, which makes sense because the exhaust fans weren't operating at all. We left the door open to shower to lessen the moisture build-up in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Lots of eateries within walking distance and the tram is only 15min walk away. All staff we came across were lovely and very helpful.

The room and the NYE function was excellent but the basis for the trip was to see the Canberra fireworks. You can’t see anything from the QT. And while they attempted to show a tv presentation of the Sydney fireworks it didn’t work properly and only lasted for a few minutes

Left an item behind in the closet. Very complicated to get an answer from staff on whether it was found or not. Wish the minibar was more affordable.

Great amenities, very quiet during the period between Xmas and New Year's. Wonderful balcony view!

The rooms had unreasonable wear and tear. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The TV didn’t work originally but we had to unplug and plug back in to make it work.

The lobby and shared areas were quite good.
