Pillows too big! There should be a small and big pillow, not everyone likes big pillows which I found uncomfortable. Also, the air vents in the bathroom were very loud and never stopped!

QT Bar and Grill is a really good restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Beds. It's difficult to please everyone but both our beds had pillows that were way too thick, I ended up using a cushion from the lounge.

Helpful staff, system was down when we arrived so we were invited to have a cocktail at the bar, which was good form. Bar and waitstaff were very knowledgeable and efficient, special mention to Ruby our waitress and Tom the barman whose interactions made for an exceptional evening. Food was exceptional, wine list was 'worldwide', restaurant experience couldn't really be faulted.

Bathroom is looking a little old (door water damage) thought from the photo room King Room - would have been bigger. Coffee/tea cups - very small. Dusty - especially the window sills.

Location , Bed was very comfortable, loved the bathrobes ( even though I didn't use it. ) Staff were helpful and very friendly but not OTT.

Room service stops at 10pm. The rooms are pretty basic but OK for a short stay. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Bathroom too dark, needs more or brighter lighting.

Food was awesome. excellent breakfast and room service. Really lovely staff.

The hotel is directly opposite the construction of the light rail extension. The construction worked all night therefore it's noisy. I had to buy earplugs.

The gym facilities are not onsite. A perfect reason to run around the lake instead!

The quirky fun of the QT never disappoints. Heavenly sleep as always at QT properties. Exploring Canberra was made easy with bike hire at the hotel.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom wouldn’t switch off so it operated 24/7 causing a disruption at night. No lights in the ceiling of the room meant I had to do work at night in my room next to a lamp which was less than ideal. No English breakfast tea option in room, only early grey (not a favourite and a peculiar choice for a mini bar given it doesn’t appeal widely.

The main downside was the shower pressure and water temperature. Also, the bathroom lighting was poor for makeup application. Too dark.

it took ages to navigate the tv/screen with no streaming channel included. also, only 2 teabags supplied, had to ask for more.

Surprised for this hotel/Chain that there was no water pressure in the shower and very slow coming out of the tap. Service in the Bar could be better. Restaurant staff were friendly and looked after us.

The hotel has no gym. They offer access to a nearby gym but I did not have enough time to walk there and back and could not be bothered.

It was a comfortable stay. The staff at reception very very friendly, helpful, professional and quick to check in and out. Nice to have the bar downstairs, it was vibrant and pleasant. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when I stayed.

after a long day of travel (delay in 2 airports) all we wanted after check-in was a good meal and after standing at the ‘please wait to be seated’ sign and being ignored by ALL restaurant staff for several minutes (including 2 who walked over to the counter only to avoid eye contact and walk away), we walked out. that was really poor. not even a “hang on guys, be right with you”, that’s simply not good enough.
