Reception area was too cold even for a hot day. Bedroom was dated, bed was soft and springy. Bathroom was adequate but paintwork was poor. Pillows were too thick and as a result your sleeping position was too high and you ended up not being able to get into a comfortable position. Shower and tap pressure was very poor. On a plus side the bathroom accessories were very nice. Overall I was very disappointed with my first QT experience.

Overall the hotel condition is very poor. Pretty old and outdated rooms. Amenities are also not up to date.

After arriving at 9.30 at night there was no hotel parking (it had been given to those at the restaurant and none was kept for hotel guests). We had to carry our luggage about 3 blocks in the rain to get to the hotel. I had previous stayed at the hotel and had requested that our 2 relatives would stay on the same floor and asked for a view of the lake rather than the development site on the other side. None of this occurred even though they had the request in their system. They had 2 EV spots but they were completely full the whole of our stay.

Location but currently building a metro station next door which makes the whole area very difficult.

There is major construction happening adjacent to the hotel but whilst it isn’t the best view right now, the noise and inconvenience was minimal. Definitely a great place to stay at the centre of everything.

Great facilities, amazing beds, friendly staff and fantastic value for money.

It's currently surrounded by major construction, and that's inot mentioned during booking. The builders work Saturdays Staff friendly but not enough. Wait to check in, wait to check out, and when i went for a coffee in the morning i was told it would be a 20 min wait and was advised to go to a cafe down the road.

Shower was mouldy and looks like it needs urgent upgrade Next to construction site - very noisy, especially at 7am on a Sunday! Noise from lobby party was very loud well into the night. Made 2 seperate but exact bookings with guaranteed upgrade. Only 1 room had breakfast included. Only 1 room had some sort of a view over the lake, the other looked over the construction site across the road.

There were major roadworks right outside the hotel. We were unable to gain access to the correct entry when we arrived. When we got to our room it was in the side of the road works and they went until approx 8 o’clock that night quite loudly. We attempted to walk to town but due to the roadworks we were unable to take the direct route. At no point prior to our stay were we advised about the difficulty accessing the hotel or that it may be noisy.

On check in I tried to get my luggage to the room, there was no assistance from the front desk, we have a 4 month old baby. Once we got to the room it was 28 degrees inside - the aircon was off, I switched it on but it was not working. Also as we checked in the 4 month old online, they placed a full size roll away bed in the room and charged us for it. I went back to reception to advise them we wouldnt need it and can they take it away as there was no room for the travel cot we brought. noone did anything about the aircon, and all night the room was unbarable. On checkout I told them we had an awful time, and they then advised they would credit the roll away!! it was not taken off the bill. Hopeless. Oh and then with breakfast we got asked are we sure we didnt want the kids menu after we said no - for a 4 month old! just useless team. There was used plates from room service up the corridors that had not been collected in 12 hours. I think this does not meet the expectations of a QT

The location was good, even though there was major road works happening outside it was still very accessible to enter and leave the property.

Fabric chairs and furniture had visible stains on them - including in the main foyer. If they aren’t steam cleaned it made me wonder what else isn’t cleaned. Similarly the cushions in the room didn’t seem clean. Location seemed like it was a bit out of the main part of the city? Luckily we had a car so it was fine.

Comfortably sized room, nice bathroom with ammenities included. The bar downstairs seemed nice!

The bed was way too soft. The pillows were too fat and hard. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. There was rubbish lighting in the bathroom was poor. There was rubbish on the hallway floor outside of our room the entire time we were there, even though cleaners were around. The parking was very expensive. We were parked for 20 hours and it cost $45. Staff at the bar were abrupt and unfriendly.

The location was very convenient.

Room with twin beds close to lift shaft, ridiculous amount of noise all day & night, staff aware of problem offered to turn off one of three lifts ,but still noisy all rooms ending in 12 have this problem. Not good enough , staff said hotel was not full but reluctant to offer alternate room.
