We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaHousekeeping came at random times and were still in our room at 5pm on one day when we returned to change for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was poor and wine by the glass in the rooftop bar had been sitting too long.
Great size room and good central location in the CBD. Rooftop bar is a relaxing spot to have a drink.

AustraliaWe didn't check into the hotel until late (around 8:30pm on a Monday evening) and went straight to the rooftop bar - a must-do experience. We loved the champagne but were disappointed that we could not order bar snacks. Even a bowl of cashews or hot chips would have been appreciated.
We loved everything about the QT Melbourne - from the quirky voice that spoke to us every time we used the lifts to the comfortable beds, variety of pillows, masterful moody architecture, clever room design and incredible rooftop bar. It seemed that every tiny detail had been thought of - from the open-room shower to the well-lit, wallpapered wardrobe, sweet-smelling scents throughout the hotel and the black bath robes that looked and felt like a fluffy blanket. I didn't get a chance to wash my hair before my trip and was extremely impressed with the high-end Kevin Murphy shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This is a unique hotel experience. Grab a drink or two at the rooftop bar. It has a great vibe and beautiful city views.
