Bath tub Plug leaked, it wouldn't fill past knee height, because it couldn't hold the water long enough. I choose a room specifically that oftered a bath, so this was disappointing.

The lack of complimentary bottle of water, with the price you pay you’d expect at least a welcome bottle of water . It’s also missing slippers ( bathroom floor is very cold without it).

Location is perfect, it’s a short walk to my son’s wedding venue, restaurants and the mall. It’s also a short walk to Elizabeth Quay and other tourist spots. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the restaurant is good as well as the bars in particular the rooftop bar, we enjoyed going up there. We would stay there again.

No bidet, no toothbrush, no room tissue box. Need to upgrade wall plugs to international standard to cater for tourists outside Australia... Last day room cleanings were not done....even when I reached the hotel at 3.am

Close n convenient to the Mall & city center. The Valet service for parking was very convenience. Room are huge n design with 2 set of face wash bowl & shower were amazed. Sliding door to the washroom were awesome...even able to view the bedroom n TV while in the washroom... Overall the 6 nites stayed were good.

The decor was very avantguard with everything painted black. Nothing wrong with that but just not to our taste. It wouldn’t put me off staying there again as everything was very comfortable.

The hotel was located a short walk from the waterfront and also the shopping malls.The free bus service stops right outside. The rooms were a good size and well appointed and there was a large bathroom with a bath tub as well as a walk-in shower and double sink. The staff were very friendly and there was a nice coffee shop in the lobby.

Unfortunately, despite the presentation of the room, the location, and the on-demand movie service, I can't give the hotel more than a 8/10 as I didn't get a good night's sleep on any of my nights there, except for the first, which I'd already been awake for nearly 30 hours at that point, so falling asleep was easy. I've discussed the issues with a manager, so hopefully this won't be relevant for future guests, but room 1009 has a window seal that must have a hole in it as wind was whistling in throughout. I was eventually able to bloke the noise with a receipt crammed into the corner of the window, although that didn't completely block out the sound. Given I was paying for over £150/$300 per night to say at this hotel, I shouldn't need to have to wear ear-plugs to be able to get to sleep. That was my only real issue, and, as I say, now that I've discussed it with a manager, that hopefully won't be an issue for any future guests.

The room I stayed in was of an exceptional standard and definitely felt like one of their premier rooms based on the standard. The presentation was immaculate, and the bathroom was very nice. I was very thankful for the bath in there, it was nice and deep, allowing for a soothing of a broken back I suffered a few years ago, although it was slightly too narrow, so if you're broad-shouldered, like me, it can be difficult to properly relax. There was a good-sized TV in the room, with premium subscription channels available, as well as a plethora of movies on the on-demand service, all of which were free, allowing me to watch some films I've wanted to watch for a while, but weren't released in my native UK. In terms of the staff, they were all friendly enough, especially the lady who was helping customers with the lift on two of the three days that I was there. I didn't catch her name, unfortunately. Location-wise, it's very solid. On the opposite side of the road to the hotel is the main shopping district, and the train station is also only a five-minute walk away, meaning a nice, easy connection for a flight in the morning. There were far more positives than negatives.
