Stayed 4 nights- first night room not serviced 2nd night beds made however used coffee cups not taken. I cleaned and wiped the bathroom sink as not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast rules changed last day off stay (coffee not with breakfast). Staff not friendly.

I absolutely loved everything about Noah's. I booked a 2 night staycation as I live in a nearby suburb, to recuperate following brain surgery. The view was spectacular. The food was divine and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The aircon was under maintenance, which was explained when I got to the room. However, a fan could be provided at extra cost. For $200+ a night when a selling point is air-conditioned rooms, this is a tad unfair. The room was advertised with a balcony, the pics made it look like all balconies had ocean views. I had views of the carpark facing away from the ocean. These were minor problems though. I checked in on Thursday night and found a dirty towel. Ok, fine, accidents happen. Before leaving for work the next day, I spoke to housekeeping when they were in the room next to mine, told them of the dirty towel and where it was to separate it from the clean towels. She apologised and said she'd deal with it and talk to whomever was in charge. I got back after work, the dirty towel was still there and I hadn't gotten any replacements. The floor also hadn't been vacuumed but this didn't bother me too much by comparison. The bed seemed to be the only thing addressed. I got new towels from reception after dinner after telling them what had happened. The next day, ALL my towels had been replaced as if to compensate. However I got a dirty towel AGAIN, this time with MORE colours in the stains. I also found that my slippers had been kicked so far under the bed i actually had to push the bed base out of the way AND lift it to get them. This was also a minor inconvenience though. I can understand the logistical needs of aircon maintenance and the refusal to drop the price while being stingey on compensating with a fan. Whatever. But providing clean towels is a hospitality bare MINIMUM. I have bad psoriasis so need to be very particular with the cleanliness of towels, bedding and clothing, but this point aside, $200+ a night should at least warrant clean towels.

Great location for my purposes. Lots of easy access parking. Parking costs are included in the hotel cost. Good choice of decently priced wine in the minibar. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful and handled my dissatisfaction and complaints with grace and poise.

We were not informed that the air conditioning was undergoing maintenance during our stay. If we'd been provided a fan or other way to keep the air moving in our room during this unseasonably hot winter it would have been OK, but we were not. We had to leave the balcony door open to get cool air in, which also meant bugs and street noise. We had hoped to leave the balcony door open during the day to prevent the room getting stagnant and muggy but house keeping (we assume) closed it whilst leaving the blind open, trapping the days heat in our room. Also, all the photos are of beach rooms... However we got a fantastic view of shipping containers and utes in the back lot from our room Had we been on a holiday rather than in town for work nearby we would have cancelled and found elsewhere.

Unfortunately my room wasn't ready until after 2pm but I was checked in like everything was okay. I had to leave my stuff in the room and leave. I was gone for atleast 15-20 minutes thinking that would be enough time but when I returned back to my room, they were still in there cleaning it. When it comes to the buffet breakfast (especially on a sunday) it needs to be noted that there is a $9.60 surcharge on top of the $32.
