Louise on the front desk was so lovely and friendly over the phone and when checking in. On departure we passed by the cleaners and they were very friendly and happy. Great location.

Another guest smoking on the balcony and the smell of smoke coming through the vents into my room, also staff smoking in the walkways to lifts in the underground parking area. Hotel could do with a little updating, fresh up rooms look a little old and outdated.

Location of the hotel was great for the beach, walks, food and drinks and even better for ice cream!

The location surpassed expectations as we were given a complimentary upgrade to a spectacular ocean view room. The view was breathtaking!

On-site parking spaces were small. Did not appreciate the 5:00am phone call from reception because another guest could not get their car out of the parking space opposite our car, only to be called back 5 minutes later to say the guest had successfully exited the carpark. An apology for the disruption would have been appreciated.

Best location in Newcastle being right on the beach. Wonderful view of the ocean. Great accessibility to the beach, pool and beach cafe. Also really great to have the best ice-cream shop in Newcastle right opposite the front entrance to Noah’s.

the car park is a little dodgy but not really. Room service while delicious was a little slow. the fire alarm went off while we were there, it was a false alarm and no ones fault really but it was still annoying.

Check in was quick and easy with helpful staff. Food / room service was delicious and fresh each time. We got a free upgrade to an ocean view room which was one of the highlights of our trip!

Air conditioning didn’t get cold enough, there was a wedding on down stairs and the music was very loud till 11pm….. very very loud!, the bed was not very comfortable.

Perfect location right across the road from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Service in the restaurant was extremely disappointing - almost non-existant. Had to ask everytime we wanted something and weren't even offered dessert. Overall size of the room was smaller than expected. "Balcony room" came with an assumption of a beach view.

Falling short on quality standards is completely unacceptale when charging too dollar. I have never, ever, felt so ripped off by any hotel in any country. This was shameless stuff. I wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole, under the current ownership. Furious of Bondi.

Charging premium prices for Christmas and New Year is understandable. Noahs is in a great location.
