Close.to beach and restaurants. Close to main area of Newcastle and to civic centre. Easy to get around by walking and catching tram. Have stayed at Noah's before and will stay at Noah's again because of location and good Hotel.

I stayed for 5 nights. The bed was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. One day didn't make the bed or empty the bin. Another day the coffee/tea supplies were not replaced. Was given a chipped wine glass. I tried ordering room service for dinner and it was TERRIBLE. The menu does not say the chicken schnitzel burger has cheese, but it was delivered covered in cheese. I don't eat cheese and ended up tossing most of it. Check-in was most unsatisfactory. The staff member just handed me the paper to sign whilst at the same time swiping my card (without explaining what she was doing so I assumed it was just to record the details). I was given my room key without any sort of 'welcome' or 'have you stayed with us before' or any information whatsoever. I had to ask where the lift was. Then I received a call in the room to say my card had been declined. I had no idea that over $1100 was being charged that day and had not moved that amount into my everyday account. I travel a lot for work and almost always I pay on checkout. But I would have been happy to do it had they explained. After a 4 plus hour trip to get there, it was not a good welcome at all. And unfortunately that is the night I ordered the inedible room service.

The rooms were very small. They were quite outdated. The view over the beach was amazing and that made the day more enjoyable, however, the hotel itself is very dated and needs a refresh.

Noah’s is our go-to escape. We have stayed there many times after having our wedding reception at Noah’s 30 years ago. Love the view, food was spectacular and the staff were friendly and courteous.

My bank had a malfunction that initially looked to me like my credit card had been stopped due to possible fraud. I confirmed my purchases and was told the account would be reactivated two hours later. I was stressed, my wife wad STRESSED. Two hours later none of my accounts were functioning! Noahs took it all in their stride--even to upgrading us to the best room in the house! The card was working early the next morning. Very stressful for us; no stress for Noahs. Thank you.
