Unfortunately we couldnt use the air conditioning as repairs were being done but were lucky it wasnt such a hot day so kept the windows open during the night.

Being on a beach location the view is always great and we always try and get a high room to really enjoy the view and the restaurant is first class.

The air-conditioning was under maintenance and not working. However, we were warned about this in advance via email, and there was a lovely sea breeze when the balcony door was left open.

The absolute best thing about this property is the location. The ocean view rooms are awesome and the main reason we stay here. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Modern bathrooms are nice. Right on the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and light rail.

The chairs inside the room could have been more comfortable to sit in. It is not good for your back to sit in bed for too long but that was the only option other than the chair that was too deep in the seat section for my legs. Due to the rain we sat for longer each morning than we normally would.

We were upgraded to an Ocean View Room and we enjoyed the wonderful view. It was such a shame it was raining both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

We always stay at Noah's on our way to and from the North Coast. Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking, or eating breakfast overlooking Newcastle Beach. The rooms are small and facilities limited (no microwave, no toaster, one towel per person) but everything is always spotlessly clean. Check-in and out are quick and the staff are extremely helpful.

My wife didn’t love that all the mirrors outside of the bathroom were tinted, said it was difficult to do her makeup and get ready in the morning.

Great location overlooking the beach. Clean and comfortable room with parking available. Walking distance to restaurants. Checked in and watched some whales pass by from the balcony - incredible.

Perhaps a bigger lounge area to sit and relax but really nothing else.

The room had an amazing view and was nicely furnished. Breakfast was great a large selection and again an amazing view. Value for money. We had room service dinner one night and it was delicious and hot on arrival.

Everything is a bit dated. Carpet is old and dirty in the rooms. Undercover car park is VERY tight to get in/out.

Location was great. Across the road from the beach and a great ice creamery. Walking distance to lots of cafes / restaurants, small supermarket and Newcastle foreshore. Staff were friendly. Quiet area at night. Beds were comfortable.
