We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe room service and restaurant were completely overpriced and did not actually have a number of items on the menu. Dinner service was mediocre. We only had breakfast one morning and the service was better but the food was less than impressive and really disappointing.

AustraliaWe did take the car out on Saturday and found all the parking taken up with a wedding. Staff were great though, offering us a space in the top staff car park.
The view was amazing from the top floor in the upgraded room. we were able to walk to most things we wanted to see or catch public transport to go further.

Close to beach and tram station, choice of Harbour view or beach view most rooms have a view. Quiet street, walking distance to many restaurants and coffee places. Restaurant in Hotel was very nice and clean.

AustraliaBreakfast was ordinary as it had been sitting out for quite sometime. Bacon was so tough you couldn't cut it, Mushrooms were seriously dehydrated, potato gems like rocks.
Location is perfect, staff were fabulous. Rooms are very basic for the price but worth noting you simply won't get a better Location. Motel needs a freshen up to match the location.

Amazing location! Can’t possibly get any closer to the beach and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Most staff in restaurant are accommodating to small children.
