Stayed 5days - not once was my room serviced. Shower door wouldn’t shut properly - caused water to leak into bathroom, soaking towels. Soggy towels for my entire stay wasn’t pleasant

The rooms were dated, the bathroom was not clean even though we checked in after 8pm. We were only given 1 towel and half a roll of toilet paper that was potentially left over from previous guests. The bed was shocking and made for poor sleep

We booked an Apartment but it was very small and cluttered. A large column took up a lot of room infront of fridge. Very small uncomfortable sofa which was directly beside the oven! We had a double bed when apartments are advertised with Queen or King! Other rooms we saw getting cleaned were far bigger which we found extremely disappointing.

Location for us. Close to family we were visiting.

- Bath didn’t work (we booked specifically because it had a bath for our little ones) - Dryer didn’t work - Mould in shower - Room didn’t get serviced at all Staff didn’t care about any of these issues when we raised them.

our first night was horrible. there was an incredible penetrant smell in the room (like sewage) however they were not able to provide us with another room as they were booked out. instead we were given an odor remover to use which lasted 15min after application. we had to sleep with the balcony door open to be able to breathe! (mind you it was winter and the bed was 30cm next to the balcony door - so we were freezing!). this is not what you need after a 24h travel trip. i complained at booking and only then were we given a new room the next day (which was absolutely fine smell wise). we were promised to receive a refund for that night however the hotel miraculously failed to respond! (we handled all complaints through booking who were kind enough to provide a small refund from their part but no response from Quest until today). if we had gotten the second room in the beginning our stay would have been fine. but the way it turned out, we will not be staying here anymore.

room service was skipped two times, no toiletries were provided. laundry powder was given only when I go to front desk to request for it, and each time they gave one small sachet which was only enough for half load. not very good experience and would not recommend to others.

Dust on everywhere in the room especially bedsheet was dusty and aircon was throwing dusting air. we couldn't breath while sleeping.

We purposely booked a 2 bedroom apartment because it was advertised that the king bed in the second bedroom could be separated into twin beds. We requested this bedding configuration, however were given a 2 bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one double bed. Staff were unable to resolve our problem, change our room or provide a rollaway bed when requested.

Lack of apartment servicing. Ours was missed two days. we were expecting, and happy to wash up after ourselves here. The in-room “Welcome Card” informed us the kitchen & bathroom supplies- 3 teabags, and a few coffee and sugar sachets would not be replaced during our stay. Stating they would not replenish such items is mean spirited at $320+ per night. had to go to front desk to get replacement toilet paper.

Not enough key cards available for each guest meaning we ended up with 4 people in one room and 1 in another as we arrived back at the hotel at different times and could not get into the room. The second person to arrive was charged a bond for the room which she was told would be refunded in 7-10 days… this should have been charged to the person booking the rooms (me) and not my guests. Poor communication

The property makes a mistake and inconveniences the person paying a large amount to stay and offers 0 compensation or anything to make up for this. Staff unwilling to be reasonable at all.

The apartment was not clean, there were stains all over the bedside tables, the couch pillows and bed decorative pillows were faded and did not appear clean either. We followed the instructions by placing our used towels on the ground so that housekeeping could replace them, however housekeeping did not enter our room NOT EVEN ONCE during our stay. We raised this issue with staff who then turned around and said that housekeeping does not work weekends, which 1. is ridiculous and 2. was a lie because I saw the housekeepers entering another room earlier and after my conversation with reception. All that reception could do for us was to give us more towels but not remove the used towels.

The location of the hotel was good, close to tram services and in between many of the places we needed to visit.

sadly I had a hair dryer that was unusable & they could not replace not sure why seeing I am fairly sure they were not full with guests! it left black from the handle on your hand & it had one speed - full on & heat that burnt your scalp to be honest you could set fire with it certainly was a hazard

easy to get to, convenient, 7 eleven next door was great, very clean & tidy
