Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We solved our parking needs without relying on the accommodation's garage. $30 for a one-night stay was excessive and didn't feel like value for money. Since the form wants me to type more feedback, I'll note that the toilet roll holder was in an awkward position.
The location was perfect for our trip, and the bed was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly nice — clean and new, with no mould or gross dirt like you get in some hotels.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms but our apartment only had 1 bathroom. Staff explained that the complex was fully booked so couldn't move us. It wasn't really that important anyway. Also there really wasn't enough lighting. Especially in the bathroom
The cleaniness was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the location superb. Close to Victoria Gardens shopping centre and trams to the city outside your door.

The shower was terrible. There was no way to turn on the shower without getting wet and we couldn’t change the angle.
Close to MCG and tram and we liked the pub next door. Rooms had everything we needed.

The guy at front desk located me in a room which smelt of smoke and was on the street side which I has specificlly asked not to be located. Subseqently I asked was back at reception asking for room change and placed on the garden side with a very nice room. Everything else about the stay was excellent
Room bed was comfortable & all bathroom amenities at a high standard. The balcony had comfortable chaird and table and the double sound proof glass doors a bonus. Kitchen area had everything required and the room was presented at a high standard.

Next time I would request a room that didn't face on to Victoria St, Abbotsford. Sitting on the small balcony wasn't as pleasant as it could have been, due to the traffic.
Our accommodation was exactly as depicted. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. Everything was clean, which we really appreciated. There was easy access to the carpark, which made using the car during our stay very convenient. Having a very nice supermarket next door was a lovely surprise and very handy.

A bit pricey
The property is sparkling clean, perfect location for travellers and professionals taking the physio exam as it’s near the tram station, a shopping centre and nearby offices.

Pillows not that comfortable and more pillows would be good. Not enough storage for luggage. The newly installed TV was not working properly and required staff to attend our room on a few occasions.
Good location with easy tram accessibility. Very close to Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre. Many food options within good walking distance.

The table and chairs were a bit cheap and wobbly, not ideal but not a deal breaker
the room was clean and had good amenities, I was worried the street noise would be an issue but the door to close off the bedroom was enough to sleep well

On arrival the staff were friendly and organised. There was secure parking for a reasonable rate and the rooms were clean and neat. Our room looked into a large beautiful court yard and my parents was facing the main road but they heard very little traffic noise.
