I stayed on a Friday night and the noise from the sports bar directly below was significant. I didn’t see anything in the description when booking warning that some balconies (like mine) sit above and look directly into the smoking area and outdoor bar of the sportsbar.

I liked the facilities - wish there was an indoor pool. The bathtub is a bit outdated and a safety hazard. Other than that, happy overall.

Very small details, and maybe due to taste or preference, the pillows were way too soft, they were nice. Did ask for firm, said did not have any left. I went and bought pillows. The shower could do with a curtain or sliding door as the water goes all over the floor, when asked I was provided with a second bath mat. The shower itself made for 150cm people, maybe they forgot they were adding bathtub when they but shower in, could be fixed easily. No ring for hand towel or hook for towel when in the shower. Shower was large and water pressure was good.

The room, was nice, there was a bar smoking area on the bottom floor which got loud. But we had view of the ocean. The room was good size. And free parking was nice. Easy to access. Many restaurants around us. And a cinema across the road. And a hotel downstairs. They made you feel important.

Very spacious suite. Great aircon but also the option for fresh air on the balcony. The backlit bedhead was quite the suprise. Full kitchen with oven was very helpful.

Location was perfect, beach accross the road, shopping precinct within easy walking distance. Plenty of parking available for guest with clear instructions on how to access the parking prior to check in. We have stayed here twice, the first time was for a business trip and we were so impressed we went back for a few days get away. :)

The bathroom could do with remodelling. The shower above an old bathtub can not be adjusted and is very uncomfortable for tall people. Installation of a rain shower head in the ceiling would help in the absence of a walk-in shower. Considering the price per night, I would expect a slightly more modern facility.

The location is great, right in the heart of Cronulla. Great place to enjoy the beach and a lively neighbourhood. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special, even adding a gift and a handwritten card for my husband's birthday. The pool and spa are very pleasant and clean. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property is advertised as having a double bed and a sofa bed. However it charges $50.00 per night for bedding if one of the two people want to use tge sofa bed...complete rip-off..
