Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Reception helped with staying on and we didn’t need to move rooms, it was very helpful not to move rooms. House keeping team are lovely and do a wonderful job.

We booked this place because we were getting married at Shelly Beach Park and had the wedding reception at a nearby restaurant. This hotel was very conveniently located with a walking distance to the reception venue. We had requested a room with nice view for the photos/videos and this request was met. We arrived on the day before the wedding and was greeted with chocolates, sparkling wine and a welcome letter in my room as well as those of my fiancé and my parents. There was a problem with the TV but this was dealt with immediately. We had requested some extra towels and wine glasses and this request was also met. Also requested the housekeeping staff to help with room cleaning after we were all dressed up and she was there on time. The room was also a decent size to cater for me, my three bridesmaids and makeup crew. Quest Cronulla delivered above and beyond our expectations and helped make a stressful occasion less stressful for us.
