Very very noisy from the bar below. I could hear every song clearly type loud! If you want a quite room don’t get the beachfront apartments.

Wow - the noise from northies below kept us from sleep until the midnight closing ( and beyond) . Would have liked to have know prior to booking that we were in for that factor . I think the price should reflect that … For the price I would have expected it to be less basic . The bathroom in particular was like a 3star motel

Could do with a revamp at some stage. a bit out dated.

Upon check in we were told that we “may” experience a little noise due to being on first floor. We expected this may be street noise however upon arriving back from dinner at 8.30ish we discovered our room was directly above a nightclub where the doof, doof, doof of music and people talking went on until we’ll after midnight. It was loud I mean you could literally feel the bass going through you. This was extremely irritating especially having just flown in on a red eye flight and we’re looking forward to a good sleep. Regardless of being tired or not I find it hard to believe that the property management would put anyone in that or the vicinity of that room on a night when the nightclub was operating. When we told reception the next morning they apologised and said oh didn’t anyone tell you that there would be noise! Seriously this was more than noise this was insane noise that vibrated through our bodies. Reception then went on to tell us that had we been on the 3 floor or above we would not have heard the noise - well thank you why were we not!!

A spacious room with a nice touch having a welcome Kit Kat upon arrival however I think this was the sweetener for what was to come.

Unfortunately staff really let my experience at the Quest down , from arrival to departure. Poorly trained staff , with horrible customer service skills not at all welcoming to customers and left us feeling like we would not return . Even if you walked past in lobby heading to breakfast and dinner staff didn’t even say good morning or evening. On arrival we did not feel welcomed . I have also called now on three occasions to see if they have found x2 phone charges they continue to reply with I’ll check when it’s not busy . I’m sure there must be a list properly log book staff or house keeping supervisor would have to fill out ? I would love if my property could be recovered if you get the chance to look ??

The carpet was very dirty, though I mentioned it was for my wedding day, I was put into one of the bottom floor rooms which was very noisy from the restaurant downstairs, we also only got our room cleaned just once though we stayed for a few days.
