When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was uncomfortable - mattress too firm for my liking.
Brilliant location in walking distance to dining and entertainment. Comfortable room configuration for solo traveller; possibly too small for a couple. Access to free parking on-site. Simple check-in.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The extremely loud music from pub close by went until 2am. Not possible to sleep. Heard other people complain to staff the next morning. This should be on the booking.com site. Not a happy customer

All i could hear was next doors TV until after 11pm and then i could hear the room across (i believe it was) having sex. was not what i need to listen to......

I expected hotel parking and a generous pool area. We didn't find the pool until mid Saturday due to not being able to park in the limited hotel parking. When we arrived after a long wait for the girl at reception to even acknowledge me, we were informed we had to park on the street. Based on that, you should remove parking from your search filter.

Not enough parking on the premises Music too loud from the American Pub (until 2.00am on Saturday night/Sunday morning)
Close to everything. The lady at reception was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Had a bottle of red and some Easter eggs waiting in our room on arrival.

Minor issues. The water from the cold taps in the bathroom ran very hot water initially, could cause scalding. Bedroom very warm as air con didn't quite reach. A ceiling fan would be great! Very noisy pub over the road. Not much you can do about that!

The balcony which we always use when we go away was very small and had 2 air con motors on it which were blowing hot air - this would be good in the winter as a they would operate as a heater - not so nice in the summer. The bed was very hard. I also asked a lady on reception about which direction the sun set and was it on our balcony she said no which was incorrect.

Room was a little tired, fan in the bathroom didn't work very well, very old sink too which didn't drain well.
Great room, bed was very comfy, shower was great and enjoyed the little handwritten note and chocolates on arrival.

The noise from the Pub across the road was exceptionally bad. We had a street front room. The music went until 1.30am and there were people yelling in the street until 4am. Had a very sleepless night. I know it's not the hotels fault but it unfortunately ruined it for us.
The room itself was clean and tidy and ticked all boxes or a one nights stay. Lovely leo at Reception was a pleasure and made you feel very welcome.

The room smelt like dirty drain smell, it was extremely unpleasant.I have stayed at the quest in Euchca a number of time but this time the service was poor , when we arrived there was know one at the front counter, while house keeping staff was trying to find front counter staff. There were a number of other guest waiting to check in, finally when we did the smell in our room was disgusting as it was coming from the drain in the bath room. Value for money I don't believe it was worth the money.

The bed. And the aircon. When a property advertises an extra-large double bed, it should not be two single beds pushed together. This is uncomfortable. We were in room 209A (i think). The SINGLE bed on the right-hand side must have been 20 years old...it was terribly sunken in the middle and of course once you have one problem...one starts imagining. Quest...replace the beds! The main aircon unit was broken..I mean it ran but made a screaming noise that was intolerable. This meant leaving the aircon in the bedroom on, which is not so good for sleeping...hmmm the bed again. Quest...replace the beds! My partner is a bit sensitive to cleanliness... may I suggest you get the sofa cleaned please, its pretty grubby. When I book a one-bedroom "executive" apartment, these details are the difference between enjoying the stay and looking forward to getting home. And for these reasons, I give you a 6 overall.
The location is very good. There is no room cleaning on Sundays, and when I rang for some towels, the response was very helpful. Parking was fine. Some people have commented that it can be a bit limited, but there was sufficient space available.
