The convenience and location were perfect. The room was spotless and well-equipped.

Ensuite was tiny every time used the toilet you knocked toilet paper in the floor No couch to sit on and watch tv Blinds not block out and hard to use And the sliding door to balcony was very heavy and hard to open. No cold water in fridge on arrival ( 39 degree day) was empty container though Parking not included in stay and very tight spaces. For the area should be included
Very central to all you need in Frankston. Short walk to the beach. Food and shops close by. The room was comfortable. Well equiped kitchenette. Was very clean room. Amazing aircon great balcony

AustraliaOn arrival we where told that they where full booked out for our second night and that there was only 1 carpark space for us for one night of our stay, we where very disappointed but they put us on a cancellation list and luckily there was one available for the second night it would of been very inconvenient if we couldnt have a park for our whole stay. The bedroom did not have a fan or a aircon it was only located in the lounge area in our room i think that the lounge area should be the bedroom as we had no ventilation in the bedroom it was quite stuffy and could hear people in the hallway very clearly as the door was at the goot of our bed
