We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI am travelling from Newcastle with 3 kids one of which is only 10 weeks old. We have alot of luggage too so I really appreciated everything being on one floor as well as the elevators. Once in the room after our long trip, I was able to do all our washing from the previous and current days. The kitchenette was awesome Eateries and restaurants are just across the road which I thought was very convenient. The young lady who greeted us was so friendly and we were able to speak with the manager, who was more than happy to help with any enquiries if needed. Overall great stay we will be coming back!

AustraliaNot enough parking on our last night meant we couldn’t pack the car efficiently and meant our car wasn’t in a secure location overnight. This was really disappointing. I think number plates need to be checked when given parking FOB and appropriately allocated for guests only.
Actual hotel was great, perfect location which was walking distance to everything in town. Staff were all excellent and very accommodating.
