Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was super comfy and secure parking was a bonus.

AustraliaI didn't like the comfort of the beds - very stiff and view was average. Not much option for food around - at least not on a Sunday. Got up to get a good feed and everything was shut so that was unfortunate and ended up leaving to head home. Apartment was clean enough but a few areas could use attending too.
I liked how spacious the apartment was - you didn't feel like you were crammed into one room. Good value for money because of that. I'd rather stay a little out of the inner city for a bigger room at an affordable price and also a much quieter area so you get a good night's sleep. Also, the option to have a car spot for $25 came in very handy.

I arrived late on the check in day, and thanks to the the night shift manager waited for me to hand over the key to me. I like the location as it is just next door to my daughter's apartment especially we are visiting her on this trip. Food are easily accessible cause there are plenty of good cafés & restaurants within walking distance. Room are decently clean except some dust in the wardrobe. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. Room is very spacious for a single bedroom apartment.

AustraliaShower in bath was a little difficult, would recommend getting a second bathroom if you have older people travelling with you. Location would have been great if trams were running on St Kilda road but they were closed for works. Had trouble with pre booked taxi and also Uber cancelling on us last minute to take us to an important event as it was not a big enough fare to get into the city, not the hotels fault at all. At 6am in the morning reception was not open to be able to get some help when we were stuck, area is so quiet so had to walk closer to town to flag a taxi.
Staff member who checked us in was lovely, rooms were clean but a little dated, had everything we needed though.
