An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pillows were very average, curtains on the outward door did not stop the light from coming in at night.
The bed was very comfortable, nice size TV,good amount of cutlery and plates ect.

There was a bad smell in the ensuite, it would come and go but it wasn’t nice at all. We think it was coming from the drains and had to keep the ensuite door closed. There were someone’s dirty dishes in the dishwasher not clean. The curtains didn’t block out all the light.
The renovations were very nicely completed, loved having washing machine, dryer and dishwasher! Location was great

Reception should be more friendly , bed should be just one if says king instead of 2 single putting together a big uncomfortable
I like the location , the apartment is ok but the pic shows much nicer as its really is , still it's ok for a short stay.

It was a bit far from station but Melbourne’s free transport is a real bonus. We did see later that the underground metro was nearby. We came from East Gippsland, so we were a bit unfamiliar with the area. We did a lot of walking! However, weather was good so we didn’t mind.
Our room was on the 5th floor but easily accessible with lift. Good kitchen facilities, kettle microwave etc. ample tea and coffee. Good shower and plenty of towels. Staff very amenable as we left our cases at reception as we were a bit early for the room.

We requested milk one morning but unfortunately did not receive it.
The staff were very accommodating. When I requested to store our luggage on the last day, they kindly allowed us to keep it there securely, which was incredibly convenient for us.

I was anxious before arrival due to never done this before, and communication was a little tricky (call, don't email like shy me did) but staff made me feel at ease quickly when there.
Staff were helpful and gave privacy. The room was very neat with a beautiful view. We got fresh towels and items the second day without asking. Was great. It was perfect value for price. Will stay again

The shower needs proper door rather than a small quarter wall. Water washed over onto the floor while i was showering. The bed had quite a firm mattress. Though i slept reasonably well, i was achy from the firm mattress the next day.
