We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaIf you haven't been to Hobart before the studio / apartment accommodation is located across the road from the hotel above Hobart CBDs central bus stop, so during the day the street is an absolute circus (it's completely fine at night). The location is convenient and central otherwise.

New ZealandThe rooms at the back of the annex have no view/outlook - the only windows are either frosted or look out on the fire escape and the back of other buildings.
Spacious room, and lovely staff. I was in an annex to the hotel which was just across the street, above some shops. I arrived after office hours, however instructions were provided in a timely way and were clear, so there were no issues with self-check-in. Having a complimentary laundry available, and nearby to the guest rooms, is awesome : )
