Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

To be honest the bed we had we could Feel the springs through the padding. We both woke up Every morning with a sore Lower back. Never had this on previous visits our room Number was 113a I even upgraded and paid to this room to get a nicer experience

The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. The location was great. The staff on reception were very helpful. The cafe beside the hotel served a great breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Second time staying here, this time to spend Christmas with family. Love this place for its comfortable studio style rooms and perfect location to bars, restaurants, shops and public transport. Very nicely appointed and this time we had a little balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Really can’t fault it.

A small armchair would have been a useful addition to the apartment. Otherwise, everything was fine.
The property was convenient for a medical procedure at the nearby hospital. The apartment was a good size and had many useful facilities including a kitchenette and laundry. It also had a large open balcony that afforded fresh air.

Beautiful big room! This was our second visit to Quest - this time we upgraded to a larger room, with more space, which was lovely. Was a really hot day 43°c, so took full advantage of the pool.

Great apartment in a great location. Walking distance to St. Leonards train station and there is so much to do in the area, especially Crows Nest. Buses to Mainly/Chatswood and other locations are also available walk distance.

The beds were uncomfortable. They could have had a mattress topper, but since the room change was last minute and probably after hours, that might have been on us, which is understandable.
The room we were given smelled of cigarettes but the reception staff were very nice and helpful in finding us a different room. Since this was obviously unexpected, the new room had two singles instead of a king size as requested but again the staff were so helpful and had it fixed for us by the time we got back that evening. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station. Good coffee wasn't hard to find as there is a cafe next door.

Nothing, it was ideal for our stay
Vey spacious and well equipped apartment, huge comfortable bed, airconditioned, big bathroom, extra towels provided, modern kitchen, washing machine plus dryer, ultra convenient location for transport, shops, cafes and restaurants, yet not noisy. Used nearby tennis courts several times. Would happily stay again (was there two weeks)

Overall getting a bit worn but some renovations underway. Stay here often and notice its getting more expensive.

Nothing major but some little things are outdated: the stereo is not working, the lock on the bathroom door handle is broken and the pan is dead. The pool and the spa are freezing. I do not really understand the idea behind having a jacuzzi style tub with bubbles where the water is about to turn to ice. The gym is tiny and it could use some dumbbells. It's at full capacity with 2 people.
