Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Indonesiait's a studio apartment, there are kitchen complete with the utensils, plates, glasses and generous tea bags, I love tea. They also provide washing machine and dryer free to use. The bed was comfy too.

United KingdomThere is limited space for baggage to be stored once checked out, however the staff were more than helpful by allowing us to have a later checkout to store our bags whilst collecting a hire car.
The property was as described and in a great location and very central for bars, restaurants and shops. Large clean room with great facilities in the kitchenette. Staff were very helpful.

New ZealandReception staff were not friendly and unwelcoming. I would rate their customer service as quite low. They need to improve on this. Our hotel room phone did not work and the kitchen faucet handle felt stiff. Wifi was bad as well.
Location was really good as it is in the city centre. Sits close to major shopping areas in the CBD and close to major attractions such as the Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. They have a spacious kitchen which I loved and the stoves were easy to operate. They have a washing machine and dryer that works well which is good for those staying for a number of days.
