We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe staff were not very helpful and I felt like I was an inconvenience, u til our last day the fellow on the desk was very friendly and helpful. The table was swollen chipboard, there was mould in the shower and it could have been cleaner. It would have been good to be able to stream from our phones to the TV. I did not like how long it took to get my deposit back.
