Furniture a little grubby, e.g. couch. TV remotes were not fully working but we didn't use it much during our stay.

Location is superb! Bed is very comfy, the room may need a slight refresh. Convenient where the surrounding being easily accessible and central.

Their sign said no parking available but we heard them give a person after us some parking. The details said no prebooking for parking so this was unfair. It was also a little hard to locate the main entry from the road.

The hotel was great. The bed was comfy, kitchen had what we needed, It was close to all the amenities and it had a pool.

We booked the room for 3 people and there were only 2 chairs.

The room was well equipped with a kitchen as well as the usual hotel room things. We did have to ask for extra milk. There were plenty of tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Great location, rooms very clean with comfy beds. Lovely to have a balcony to sit outside. Close to many eating places and shopping for all your needs. Would stay again.

My only complaint is the man on reception had an extremely bad cold, sneezing and coughing but had poor hygiene habits. No tissues or sanitizer were evident. I wiped everything down with antiseptic wipes once in my room.

When I looked down at the outside floor balcony below from our balcony it was absolutely littered with cigarette butts and it was dirty. It was quite a disgusting sight.

The location is fantastic. It is close to many shops and eateries. The room itself was quite roomy and I really loved that it had a full kitchen with plenty of supplies. The room was great. The staff were lovely and professional and they were happy to mind our luggage in their reception area prior to check-in.

Only thing you could say against it was the decor wasn't the most modern but it was functional and clean.

I felt the cost of overnight parking was costly on top of accommodation costs. Most city accommodation will validate for a cheaper overnight fee.

Kitchen & laundry facilities in the room made my week stay easier as I didn't need to over pack or find a laundromat. Front desk staff were always happy to assist and acknowledged me as I went to & from the lobby. Coles is located across the street, and Darling Harbour is just a 5 minute walk away. Gym facilities was also a factor in my decision to book here.

The only downside (which doesn't bother me personally) is the proximity to the main road and therefore to traffic and bars. If you leave the balcony door open, it is quite loud. However, I was still able to sleep wonderfully :)

I found my stay wonderful: Very central (a 2-minute walk from Chinatown train station) with many restaurants, bars, and shopping options. Clean and spacious room with a balcony, great shower. The amenities were good for cooking something quick, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I travel to Sydney again, I will definitely stay there again. The bed a little hard for our liking. they could have used mattress protectors etc as I've stated this before plus there was only 1 extra pillow & again no pillow protectors.

The location was really good for getting around walking distance to most places. The room was a great size plenty of room etc with a full kitchen & fridge.

Great location, walking distance to Central Station, Darling Harbour, Chinatown and only a short walk to the light rail. Across the road from World Square shopping plaza which was very handy. The apartment was spacious well equipped and very comfortable.

The bathroom wasn’t completely clean, there were hairs from previous guests on the toilet. Not a massive issue but the TV’s were quite old and only had free to air channels, and the radio on the TV would be blasting each time we got back after a day out even though we displayed ‘Do Not Disturb’ on the door - not sure if this was room service or a weird TV function.

The location was great and made it very easy to travel through the city. Easy checking in and out, staff were quite friendly. The facilities of the room were very convenient and easy to use, it was very convenient having a fridge and mini laundry. Having access to fast WIFI was very nice. The room was also very spacious!

The shower door was not functioning properly and every shower resulted in the floor being soaked which meant we had to mop it up with our towels.

Beds were extremely hard and two singles were pushed together so was very hard in the gap too. The toilet was also very very close to the wall.
