location convenient to public transport , shopping facilities and tourist destinations room very quiet considering location in central city great shower and comfy beds loved having balcony and cooking facilities

The credit card hold amount was too high for valued customers. Maybe booking.com customers could have a rating that reduces the credit card hold limit companies charge for verified great customers.

The parking is overpriced and we weren’t allowed to leave our car for longer after check out.

Great location, clean, comfortable bed, balcony. It is within walking distance to Darling Harbour and lots of restaurants, theatres and shopping.

•The banging noises of footsteps and doors is very hard to focus and to sleep at night-time. •We sometimes would hear children screaming and people talking after 10pm still.

•It's a good location spot especially if you wanted to stay more closer to the Chinatown area, explore more variety of asian culture with restaurants, groceries and attractions. •To get to Sydney ICC, Chinese Garden of Friendship and Paddy's Market is about 7 minutes walk from where we stayed. •Around the corner from our hotel staying is an nearby Coles and World Square shopping centre.

Only found out after checking out and looking at reviews there was a Pool that could have been used.

There is a smell. Not sure is from the carpet or just old house. Small flies in bathroom, you better cover the water pipe all time. Limited cleaning service is really limited. You cannot sleep late if not you will miss their cleaning time.

Location is really good. There are a lot of restaurant and a supermarket around. Closed to the Tram station.

The kitchen was dirty, the stove looked like it has been on a fire with lots of grease. The range hood was filthy and grease with a missing cover so you can see the grease fan. The bottom of the top cupboards had grease hanging and almost dripping from them. The cooking facilities need to be replaced and the entire kitchen a good clean.

A bit old. There was only a sheet to sleep with so had to put the aircon on the whole night to keep warm (very noisy and dry). The blanket supplied for the extra bed (sofa bed) had lots of long hair which didn’t belong to us family.

Great location. Interconnecting rooms were great for our 3 generation family stay.

Going to car park our key fob didn't work but the staff was happy to reprogramme it, there is a strong smell I can only describe as sewage in the concierge area, the room was clean enough however there were a few cockroaches not just in the kitchen but in the living area and also the bed, waking in the middle of the night i turned the lights on to go bathroom only to see the kitchen was riddle with roaches maybe a fumigation is needed

We were greeted by a friendly man, getting our room key was easy, parking was fine to find, our bed was comfy and warm and the location was perfect 5 mins from the restaurant we were booked in to

The shower was horrendous. The water only dribbled out and was very hard to regulate. Only one working lift so took extra long to reach floor 11. The check in staff were not very pleasant with no manners.
