The staff were a little painful during check in - they demanded a physical credit card for the security payment. 1. I rarely carry cards, but use my phone to pay. I was told this wasn't an option, but when I found an old card in my bike bag they simply tapped with it anyways. 2. I was travelling light as I was on a motorcycle tour.

The room itself was excellent and it the property is in a top location. The carpark was fairly easy to get in and out of.

The plumbing in the shower made a horrible shrieking noise while we had the water running which made it annoying to use. Also the bed was 2 singles pushed together rather than an actual double, which left an uncomfortable seam in the middle between them.

It was a nice room and well-equipped, even if we didn't make use of all the facilities. Well-located in the middle of the city too. The verandah looking out onto the street was nice. The bed and linen were pretty comfortable, apart from the seam issue below.

Unfortunately the dryer was broken which was a reason for booking the room and couldn’t be fixed until the next morning but in their defence, it wasn’t found to be broken until later in the day. A quick check during cleaning might have picked it up.

The bed was very comfy, everything you would expect from a apartment hotel was there, although I couldn't find a tea towel to dry cups. The view was directly in front of office blocks so maybe a privacy curtain along with the heavy evening curtains. Location was great

Had dish washing facilities but no towels to dry. Our floor also smelt of cigarettes even though every room was supposed to be smoke free. Only one lift working.

Perfect place for a couple of nights in Sydney. Got there on a Friday night when Chinatown was open. So close to get there. Close to George Street and easy to get light rail down to Opera House. Room had additional veranda which was well covered and good to relax or have breakfast on. Room overall a good size with an excellent size bed. Having washing facilities was a bonus.

Location is super central and close to a few parking options including the one under the building. Room size is good with a small verandah, fresh air and you can leave the door open. Loads of food options within 5 mins. Have stayed a few times when doing 1-2 nights and will stay again for the price.

Had some trouble with getting the room we wanted even after confirming the style of room twice before arriving . After some kicking and screaming for the room we wanted , but of maintanence required in the room has to get TV replaced , but staff we helpful in this area

nothing really, the décor was a bit dated. The hallway looked like it was mid renovation with plaster patch and pre-paint preparation visible. The carpet was pretty commercial and hard, maybe a soft underlay and some new carpet wouold do wonders for the room comfort.

The room was a good size for a couple and the bed was big and very comfortable. The TV was a bit old and didn't have full DTV reception but free Wi-Fi was good and fast for streaming services. Room was clean and had a very nice balcony too.
