Mixed weather, but you can't blame Raffles or Mooloolaba for that. A holiday is what you make of it and we had a good time.
Central location with all the facilities required, both within the apartment and surrounding area, for a 4 night break away, catching up with family.

The beds weren't very comfortable. Whilst it was great having plump pillows, they were a bit high for sleeping with, especially for children. The second room and bathroom was every poky. The floors were a bit dirty, which was made very obvious with a crawling baby. Although we did see them mop another apartment so maybe the mop just needs a clean or the water needs to be changed more frequently.
The location was really good, with Coles across the road and walking distance to everything we wanted to get to. The staff were friendly. The apartment was a good size.

Minor but access to stairs to basement as lift super slow
Location perfect for quiet family stay - North end of Esplanade near shops, beach, play area and Coles. Spacious two rooms and a beach feel too. Staff super accommodating for change in check in and help too. Parking easy

Furnishings were dated, bed was not that comfortable, microwave was very small and low power only.

There wasn't anything I disliked.
My dad and I stayed in the ground level apartment with my one year old son. It was perfect - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the right amount of living space, as well as a small courtyard. The facilities are clean and tidy and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Centrally located to shops and cafes, all within walking distance. The supermarket is also within walking distance.

Lots of Light from bathroom entering main room even with the curtain closed. Had to pay $4 for new towels if not wanting to keep reusing same ones although washing machine & dryer is there to wash & Dry.

The only downside to the accommodation was the street noise. It did mean that we kept the door closed a lot and the cars and motorbike were very noisy from the street below
Perfect location as my husband can’t walk a long way so it was great that we were close to shop, cafes, restaurant and the supermarket. The beach was lovely and I like to walk.

Needed more seats in the lounge room. We are a family of four and couldn't all sit and watch telly, not that we watch telly much when staying at the Sunny Coast 😁
The location was perfect, the staff were very lovely and welcoming, rooms were very clean, comfy beds, great pool and spa. Communication with the motel was prompt and great.

Unfortunately, the spiral staircase was not liked as very steep and only went up to rooftop once, but a great view from up there out to sea etc.

Perfect location across from Coles, cafes, restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances needed for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again. Not sure what else I can add, it was great.

My only dislike was that I was resting on the sofa on my first morning in the apartment. When the front door opened and the owner peered in. Said sorry and left. He came back 10 minutes later to apologise but that shouldn’t have happened. I’m girl on my own. But other then that apartment was nice
The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shops, beach the wharf. With Cole’s over the road too

Not a negative as such but a coffee machine would have been nice.
Lovely modern and comfortable apartment. Had virtually everything you could want and was stone's throw to everything in Mooloolaba.
