The only problem was the main bedroom door to the balcony was broken and couldn’t open and there were no windows in the room.

Only one toilet roll for a 3 night stay for 3 people !!! Sliding door in the ensuite not closing properly. Soiled tissues left in drawer not picked up by cleaner. A king size bed for the price.

It was difficult to make contact with reception as it was not open often & response to booking.com messages was a little slow, but they were helpful. Some of the fixtures in apartment we old ie; power point hanging out, fans looked like they would fall off, carpet a bit manky. There was no air con, which l obviously didn't read correctly. It was mostly fine with the sea breeze however at night it was really warm. It was super noisey as we had to leave doors open to get breeze through and there was a fair amount of traffic. Overall we liked staying there, but the addition of air conditioning would be great and just fixing up small things.

Great location to Snapper Rocks. Great view of ocean. Short walk into Coolangatta, however being so close to it could not get an Uber when it was pouring rain & waited 45 minutes to get a cab/Uber to the airport on the date of departure. We finally got one with 13Cabs and would suggest using them. Uber came and left as he said he couldn't fit our bags in.

Maintenance on the property was poor. Unable to use one of the showers as the head was not fixed and kept flipping up wetting everything. Door in ensuit shower leaked so was stepping into a wet floor. Limited towels and bath mats.

Excellent location close to amenities. Close to beach. Close to resturants and shops. Quite location. Large room with balcony. Nice pool and surrounds. Off street secure parking.

Disgusting bathroom - - upon checking - dirty cups /cutlery etc - had to get cleaner in- no bath as described in booking - manager tried to blame booking.com for error - mould covered the whole DVD Player- disgusting- dirty rustry thirty toilet brush canister- disgusting accomodation- the manager clearly didn’t give a toss about the conditions of room 801 - pool nice however anyone with mobility issues - dnt bother staying here - 3 lots of grades of steps to get to pool - no path - Stated on booking from this accommodation- recently renovated units - complete false/misleading description of rooms / disgusting - putrid looking hairdryer - grease left in frypan - had /rust over can opener - dirty utensils - chips/cracks on tiles - dirty curtains - I cld go in -

The room was horrible. Could see food under the couch as soon as we walked in, very dirty curtains in the main bedroom that I didn't want to touch, very dirty rug in the living room, stained couch we didn't want to sit on, broken bathroom door and I got stuck in there for nearly 10 minutes every time, the bed was so creaky and loud It woke me up whenever I moved so if you're a couple hoping for a romantic stay you'll definately wake everyone else up!

The toilets and bathrooms need a good renovation. The kitchen could use reno too. The pool is very small and not heated.

It was a good value for the money, but the toilet and bathroom need a good reno. The apartment was clean. The location is good. 10 min walk from Aldi, Coles, restaurants, pharmacy... The Rainbow Bay is very close, 5 min walk, good for kids' boogie boarding...surfing and you can even swim when little pools are formed. Coolangatta is adorable.

No aircon but was quite cool so didn't miss it most days,it would be hot in summer though.bed covers where found in the cupboard, not clean..only sheets on the bed. No extra toilet rolls or many bathroom/kitchen products but wasn't hard to purchase

Room was very outdated, curtains extremely dirty in all rooms, door didn’t shut in the bathroom, definitely needs an upgrade if you pay that much to stay there.

It was disappointing to see Cockroaches appear when the Dishwasher door was opened, indicating that the level of cleanliness was not up to the required standard, which was a shame.

The apartment was functional, it had everything you would need, but could do with updating as it does look a little tired and in need of a 'freshening up'. The location was perfect, within short walking distance to Bars, Restaurants and of course the beach. All-in-all an OK stay, for what was ultimately not reflective of the price we paid.
