Unpleasant view from the room.. the 'garden view' room was the only option we had when we booked but did not know that it will be more of a 'roof view'' room.

Good facilities for families with kids/babies like cot, microwave, bouncer etc..

location was excellent and on the 11th floor we had a great view. transfer from airport was really straight forward although some sort of instructions when you book would be helpful. Check in was smooth although room wasn’t ready by 2pm unfortunately. Avoid the pool side restaurant if you can. plenty of facilities and close to beach. the bathroom was slightly dated but was massive so didn’t bother us. we did express checkout as they had 2 staff on trying to check out hundreds of people, again transfer smooth but nots sure why you have to leave 2 hours before departure??

some of the restaurants staff. We needed a baby chair which were stacked up high. One of the staff next to it said "help yourself" .. Seriously? Bad service.

communal areas such as hallways outside rooms and breakfast area were not cleaned properly in the 4 days we were there - our hallway not cleaned at all and full of dead insects everythin had to be pre planned and pre booked and most restaurants relied on QR codes to order drinks/ meals - wheres the service touch in that ? and you are excludin the older people who may not have smart phones? would think the younsters dealin with the breakfasts/ lunches need someone to teach them customer service - which is lackin

lovely spacious rooms, amazin bathrooms, brilliant balcony views. checkin was super fast. transfers to and from marina/ airport were super efficient

There was a bad damp smell in the room that hit you in the face when you walk in. Aircon positioned right above the bed. Because it's old, I could not get the fins to direct the flow away from us. That made the sleep at times uncomfortable.

The view was breathtaking. The room and bathroom were large and spacious.

I thought everything was excellent, no complaints about any of the facilities.

Fantastic and clean rooms, with everything you need for a holiday. We stayed in the garden view room that was recently renovated, would highly recommend these as you still have a nice view of the water and the island. The pool and restaurant (especially for breakfast and dinner) were great, as was the bar which has amazing cocktails and trivia!

I don't think you could of done any better.

The room had wonderful views over the pool. Had excellent facilities and the bathroom was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and loved the choice of pillows.

If I had to say anything it would be the room had a slightly musty smell but not so bad that it bothered us.

The view from our room was of course out of this world & our bed was so comfortable. The pool was just begging to be swum in & lunch poolside with cocktails topped off the experience. The buffet breakfast was amazing with everything thought of. There is also an area called the arrivals/departure lounge which is a great idea. We checked out, put our day bag in a locker then went swimming. 20 minutes before we had to leave we went back to the lounge which has private bathrooms - showered, changed & jumped on our shuttle transfer. So convenient.
