LithuaniaThe view through the windows is stunning especially if you get a room on the upper floors but bear in mind - it’s a simple hotel with vast rooms that are far from being cosy. The bathroom was also huge. The rooms could be be cleaner - we even had to swap the room because of the weird smell in it. The staff is friendly - exactly what you’d expect at such a big hotel.

Irelandi felt staff kept taking utensils when u went up to get more food. woukd prefer if someone is assigned to sitting people and then they know who is sitting g and who is finished . i found the bathroom to be v old fashioned but otherwise shower was perfect and everything was there.

On such an idyllic island, I would have expected something a bit more environment friendly. As per previous comments on line, the rooms do need a bit of modernisation and a freshen up . Having said that they were clean and spacious.
Excellent view from balcony to Coral Sea. Extremely helpful staff and clean and bright public areas.

United KingdomThis island resort Hotel is a fairly modern high rise overlooking a nice beach. Because of the climate the bedrooms seemed dank and the smell permeated into all of our clothes. The room was felt damp throughout our stay. The bedrooms could all do with an update as fixings/bathroom tired, grubby and outdated. I believe all pics certainly that I saw in their marketing do not depict the product guests will actually receive and it’s not a cheap hotel. Breakfast buffet choice was good and there are plenty of young well trained staff but management anywhere during our visit not visible. Everything on island is expensive restaurants were good and you can add meals, drinks, extras to your hotel room account. The hotel does a good well organised airport shuttle and provides free kayaks, body boards, life jackets etc at the beach. The arrivals/departures lounge is excellent with large lockers, showers and towels.

United KingdomVery little tbh On my departure there was an issue with the case not arriving with me at Hamilton airport which meant that despite being counted into the transfer bus, I then had to leave my friend there and hoping I made it back in time. At the hotel there was some delay whilst the staff tried to ascertain where one of my cases was. It wasn’t a good end to the vacation. Seemed disorganised and caused some fret.
Idyllic location THE most uncomfortable sun lounger that we have ever laid on which was echoed by others BUT there seemed to be a sufficient amount of them and enabled you to be in the shade. Eating and drinking at the hotel seemed reasonably priced.

AustraliaThe hotel is a little outdated. There were chips and rust on the bathroom doors in our room and the carpet was slightly damp. Staff were generally nice but there was one staff who seemed pretty annoyed when I asked for a paper map. Breakfast buffet is pretty standard.
The ocean view was brilliant although it rained the entire time we were there, unfortunately. I quite liked the lifts that captures the ocean view as well. The hotel shuttle was really easy to access.

This app could include the following features: • Feature 1: A chatroom with age-restricted sections where visitors from different cultural backgrounds can discuss their experiences and ask questions. • Feature 2: A multilingual event schedule, making it easier for travelers to find activities that suit their interests. • Feature 3: Real-time updates on island events, including activities tailored to different cultural and language backgrounds. • Feature 4: A platform for visitors to organize their own offline events, with the hotel providing venues or necessary facilities. 2. Better categorization of island activities into indoor and outdoor options. • Indoor activities: Scheduled sessions of engaging table games, light exercise, book clubs, board games, etc. • Outdoor activities: Tiered pricing (free activities, low-cost options, mid-range activities, high-end experiences, and luxury events). 3. Hire more staff with a Chinese background or knowledge of Chinese culture (as well as staff familiar with other major visitor demographics). This could help prevent misunderstandings and miscommunications. Visitors from different cultural backgrounds do not deliberately ignore instructions or behave differently—we simply have different cultural perspectives, values, and ways of thinking. We also worry about unintentionally causing inconvenience due to these differences. 4. Organize exchange programs for staff to experience foreign cultures firsthand.
