When I booked my stay at the Reef view hotel nowhere on your internet site did you mention that there were room repairs / hotel exterior work being done the week of my stay. The dates that were stated were months before. If I had know that I would be woken up between 7am - 7:30am every morning by construction noise, I would NOT have stayed at this hotel. For the 5 nights I had booked, not once was my bedroom/ bathroom vacuumed. House keeping also expected to clean my room at 8am every morning - this is not acceptable. When I brought this up to the staff, this was not followed up, I did not receive a follow up call and I when I addressed it for the second time, the staff didn’t think it was an issue and all I was offered was a later check out. Pathetic.

Good location. Pool was lovely. Bus shuttle was great.

Biggest bug bear was when we booked the restaurants were open , couple weeks later got an e-mail stating they are closed for refurbishing. My partner is not well at times and that was the main reason we booked there so we could use the restaurants without having to go out and to far . Yacht week didn’t help either as it was even harder to get a meal and to top it off even further there were other restaurants that were closed for refurbishment . If we go again would defiantly get a self contained unit as we couldn’t even make a piece of toast were we were and everything was closed just about as far as meals at Cateye Beach

Reasonably clean but in areas of the resort needed a tidy up like we’re there ice machines are cloths washers an most foyers needed a paint . You come down the glass lifts and look at ground level and there is rubbish outside the lift that you a see . Transfers from airport and hotel back to airport well organised and staff happy to help out in every way than can .

The staff all seem very young. Need some guidelines on professional conduct. I dont want to stand in line for coffee and listen to what they did at the party last night. We asked for rooms close together as my parents have mobility issue and you put our rooms so far from the lifts.

The best part was lunch at the golf club. It was convenient for my parents with mobility issues.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The rooms are getting upgrades which is great. Our kids had a newly upgraded garden / ocean view room which was very nice. The facilities, breakfasts, staff, cleanliness were all exceptional. We would recommend staying here and we will be back. Thank you

reception staff were not friendly enough! we were there for our 10th anniversary and I was expecting at least one surprise to feel special on our important occasion. we got free drink at Monta ray where we had our anniversary night dinner when only spent $100. We spent $2000 for 3 nights accommodation but even the water in the room was not complimentary!! what a surprise!!! it was our first trip with our 15 months old toddler too, very disappointed when we asked for an hour later check out and we were told it’s $50 per hour!!!

I booked three rooms, one was nicely renovated, while my room 1401 was old and tired. Nice view though. ALso I left a charger and hotel sent it back to me for free. Lost property staff very helpful.

We had a great time at Reef View. The staff were super helpful, room was very big and had great views of the beach. The food at the hotel was some of the best on the island. Facilities were great, especially the gym. Perfect location, walking distance to everything, we didn’t hire a buggy.
